Working at Atlas has genuinely been one of the best decisions I’ve made. The environment is fast-paced, supportive, and full of people who actually want to see you succeed. If you’re willing to put in the effort, there’s real opportunity to grow, develop your skills, and achieve more than you might expect.

I’ve seen a few negative reviews, and honestly they don’t reflect my experience at all. From what I’ve seen, success here comes down to mindset, work ethic, and consistency. For anyone serious about improving themselves and building something, Atlas is a great place to be.

Working in Atlas was and will always be my favourite thing I’ve ever done, such a great environment, filled with amazing and motivated people, people who are willing to help me through every single step in my journey.
This place helped me develop a lot of skills I didn’t even know was needed in life like how to have a great attitude, goal setting, coaching in real life environment, and the list goes on and on

I interviewed here in late November 2025 and have worked here since December. From day 1 the support staff and leadership have been exemplary. There is a high level of support for new starts, excellent incentives and an overall excellent attitude. I have found my time here so far great and would highly recommend anyone to at least come in for an interview if they are looking for a place to work with a great atmosphere and amazing opportunities for growth!

I have been with Atlas for over 3 years. A fast paced environment with loads of opportunities for learning and growth. The owners and admin team have been understanding and encouraging over the years. Communication is highly valued. The team is filled with ambitious people who are eager to learn new things and I can call them my friends as well as team mates. Seeing team members grow in confidence and experience has been fab to see!

I worked at Atlas Promotions specifically in the Events team, from January 30th 2025 until the 21st of July 2025. Coming into the business I made a lot of money in my first 2 months especially on road trips, however the reason for my 1 star review is not because of the money opportunity it’s the people that are the foundation of that ‘business’ and the people that end up being brain washed with their ideas and so called personal development opportunities. Yes this company has expanded into other uk offices but don’t put faith in that alone. A day at this ‘job’ consists of being at work from 08:00-18:30 on the OFF chance you make money as it is a commission only role which isn’t made apparent on their indeed applications that they advertise under a different name. I had originally made a one star review which I was then bombarded with texts from Ujila Muhammed, Callum Wallace and Jenny N asking why I had left a review after leaving the company which I have photographed evidence of. Ujila, one of the owners of the business being particularly passive aggressive towards myself, lets not mention the time either where she used a derogatory term used against disabled people to describe one of her crew leaders at the time. Callum Wallace, the other owner, as well stating in an office filled with people that employees when dealing with a family death should grieve later or cry later. On other occasions reading private texts aloud to a group of people as well. I grudge anyone looking for a job go anywhere but here as it is the most toxic atmosphere to work within and it will be the best choice you’ve ever made

This is the 3rd time that this has happened to me. This job was advertised as an “Events Assistant” which couldn’t have been further from the truth.

I had an interview which wasn’t an interview at all. They don’t ask you anything but your name. The “interview” was an hour of someone who worked there telling us how great the company is and blah blah blah.

Avoid these braindead companies pursuing a pyramid Trojan horse Ponzi scheme. They can’t even advertise the job properly. I feel bad for the people working there putting on fake smiles.

As I said this is the 3rd time it’s happened to me with 3 different companies. If they happen to get back to you very quickly then I’d avoid it. Avoid these sort of companies, as there’s nothing meaningful about their “charitable work”. The “charitable work” is door to door sales begging people to pay a ridiculous monthly fee towards charities. There’s much better ways to do this.

-They say your working hours are between 10-6pm, but you need to be in the meeting from 8am, and your "finishing meeting" is at 11pm
-They don't care about mental health

Scam

Interview/observation day, accompanied by a shiny, plastic presentation from the owner, 22 years old, who has moved “his business” to Edinburgh from England, as he couldn’t make money because of the English lockdown, his 19 and 20 years old workers said.

Don’t worry if you don’t have “marketing” experience. This is one of the criteria-not to have one! I followed the dress code they required: business attire. That wasn’t a good idea. All “team leaders”, standing around us were in converse trainers, sporty jackets, short skirts, winter leggings, jackets on dots and stars, all colours of the rainbow.

After the presentation, you still don’t know what the actual job is. All you know is, you “will be visiting customers” and that it is a great fun! Your shift they tell you starts from 10 till 6. Yes, you start at 10am, but you finish at 6:30pm, all day outside in the cold Scottish winter in your business attire! You team leader wears winter trousers and three jackets and you are there frosted, dying in your business attire.

I have never seen such a terrible way to raise money for charity purposes. Using 19 years olds who can be easily brainwashed to go from a door to a door in residential neighbourhoods with elderly residents (all vulnerable, sick, easier to talk to and make them sign up to pay monthly and yearly donation programs as they have eventually been suffering the same sickness symptoms). Terrible!

My “team leader” was so arrogant and unscrupulous. She shared that door tapping is a very profitable business as her 22 years old boss profits £4000 every three-fours weeks. I had to go with her to over 150 houses and watch her telling old people the same one, parrot, fake speech, not changing it for a second. Depends on the person opening the door, she would ask them to sign up to pay different amounts. A quieter man, she would ask to sign up donations of £20 or £25 a month. A more confident woman, she would ask to sign for £10. She would say a different amount to the next one. She would lie every single person that “the response from this neighbourhood has been absolutely amazing and all the neighbours participated” and then she would ask for money! Of course no one from the neighbours signed anything. She tried to convince a few people, but they told her no!

The worst is that even if you want to leave, you can’t. You have been taken to another town, yes, another town- another thing they never mention to you. What a waste of a day, spending it with these scammers.

AVOID and apply for jobs with big, popular, famous, known to everyone brands and names of organisations and companies!

AVOID and use traditional methods for donating!
