My experience with Athleticarmy.de and big boy alanh.11:

I bought his beginner program and received his link to create my account. When entering my contact info, it said my account didn't exist. In the mail it said my email was my username, so what did i do ... look for a link that gave me a page where i could login. No page to be found, every page this guy had were commerce pages where you could leave your banking info to buy one of his programs. I continued to look for a decent page and upon investigating I found a link to a page on Playbook.io. Upon logging in i could use my email address, but when i was logged in, it said i had no subscriptions. So what did i do, i went on google review only to find 1, 1 star review. And of course i started mailing the guy and dm'ing him on IG, telling his sh!t doesn't work and probably is a scam. After 40 mins he replied saying "have some respect my friend" and that i should write an email. I already wrote one to an email address that he admitted was a "no respond mail". In my experience, that was the only contact address i could find. Further on, i wrote another mail saying what the communication problems were (ex. no working contactadress, no loginpage, all commerce and selling pages, no accounts working, ...); i dm'ed him again clarifying i wrote the mail about his business' communication issues and said he better looked into it because i wasn't the first person to encounter such a problem (see other reviews). His response: "Someone like you doesn’t deserve to learn from me.
I’ll send your money back right away, and get the hell off my page.". What a nice way to answer your clients upon giving feedback/critique. After i saw it, he removed me from his followers ... I replied with "what a great customer support 😀" The result: i got blocked from his ig followers ...

Side note: the support email crew were decent people and helped me get a new link via another email address. I saw his program for a couple of minutes on his own platform, but got my acces denied when he blocked me. From what i have seen, this program is totally not worth buying and a complete waste of your money. The first exercises were benchpress, squats, barbell rows, ... i get it, it was the beginner program, but for someone whose USP is "real strength program" and the best workout, and those "better exercises" and all that shit, his program was fitness 101, like no shit sherlock you can do those exercises. Maybe i was to early with calling it a scam, but upon research you would start to believe it ...

So yeah folks that's it, my experience with our big muscular boy. If you want to have a normal program and getting mistreated and blocked when giving critique, Alan Hanik is your man!

All the bells and whistles you see on Instagram aren’t what you’ll get once you buy. I paid for Strength Builder and got dumped into some cheap onepage.me site he clearly didn’t even bother with. The workouts are embarrassing “look-at-me” type stuff designed more for social media clips than for serious training.

Communication? Nonexistent. Emails, IG messages, all ignored. No support, no guidance, nothing. The so-called “refund/return” doesn’t exist—don’t expect them to honour anything.

Instead you’ll get spammed nonstop to buy into more bundles and upsells. Honestly, Instagram is the peak of the journey—after that it’s all downhill.
