So grateful to have found a place to order korean skincare products from in the UK! Lovely packaging, quick shipping and delivery! One item from my order was out of stock, got a personal message apologising, the appropriate partial refund and the rest was delivered quickly and beautifully packaged. Please restock more! I’m a happy customer and will be returning for more.

Great products, efficient delivery

I’ve ordered twice from them now, they’re very fast to answer my emails and always packaged stuff in a lovely way and help me try new products, would recommend!

Honestly horrible experience, customer service is very slow. In my case i placed an order and it was delivered with evri (everyone knows they’re horrible at delivery). The parcel was delivered elsewhere and it was a picture of the parcel on the floor and not to may mailbox i showed the company proof of my mailbox aswell to show that it wasn’t delivered incorrectly. They replied whilst looking at the delivery image of the parcel on the floor in a building which is not safe and deemed it acceptable. I asked them to contact evri on my belhalf to sort this and Evri would take accountability for this and they was to lazy to reply or even do this. Half the reviews are fake as they ask for reviews so please be careful.

UPDATE: They have replied to me on trust pilot but not my emails, it’s ridiculous at this point. They also didn’t start an investigation with Evri as it takes days for Evri or any courier to investigate a missing parcel and the merchant replied within hours so no investigation was started. I was not aggressive, i just called them out on their behaviour, there was no vulgar language on my side, at the end of the day they just care about reviews as my emails have still not been replied to and no investigation with Evri has been opened.

Really easy site to navigate, had all the products I wanted. Delivery was speedy and I had some lovely free samples to try. Will definitely be purchasing from here again

Shipping process took about 2 days and everything was packaged nicely and safely. Very nice extra too (face mask) which is also chosen to match your skin type (im assuming as all the products brought were targeted for combo skin, so was the extra)

I ordered Pyunkang essence toner and propolis vitamin synergy serum after reading some good reviews about the product. The description in the website was very helpful in choosing the product that I wanted. Ordering process was quite straight forward and order was delivered in less than 2 days. The entire process was quite sleek. I have started using the products together in my daily skin care routine. Having a sensitive skin, I must say I have not had a lot breakouts and I am starting to notice that my skin is getting clearer. Will continue to use the product to see the results
