I needed a new matt silver wing mirror cap for my 14 year old Leon and this was the only site that sold it already painted in the correct colour. Came in a few days, fit perfectly, and the colour matched the other wing mirror.

Had the part I was looking for, and when the courier screwed up delivery, they were helpful and communicative and sent out a replacement immediately. Great service.

I ordered a wing mirror cover through their website. Whilst it did not arrive quite when I had anticipated, the customer support was very well received. My query was answered quickly and I felt the person on the other end was willing, helpful and ensured my order was fulfilled. I have now received the part and it was as expected, fitting perfectly onto my vehicle.

Very disappointing service! I haven't had my item or had any infomation / communication regarding my order. Have tried calling two different numbers and email but had no response. I have now had to start a PayPal claim to get my money back. Avoid this company!

Edit-First of all it had a banner saying you were away until 10th July on your website that's why I ordered. You gave me the inpression it had been sent out then but are now basically admitting here it hadn't been as you were away. This seller kept asking me to remove my bad review but wouldn't refund the money until I got extremely angry so you're more the blackmailer not me!. He offered NO proof of tracking at all (I think the part was never sent and it now all seems to confim this). I did call you twice and left a voicemail, you were never blackmailed you offered to send out another part but it would have been weeks of waiting again, I had enough of all the excuses. This guy has more spin than a merry go round.

I purchased wing mirror cover for my fiesta and when it's arrived it fit perfectly! The color match is amazing. It turned out that my old one was not actually of the same color:) So now it's fixed with the replacement. Double win!
