Bought a door mirror cover from another company that had a bad review listing and wished that I looked at reviews first, they had order for over a month and advised it had been cancelled and reordered several times, got my money back and used ASY , product cheaper , easy ordering , supplied painted , quick delivery and great product, perfect fit and colour match , good communication too

Easy to order from the website, however item didn't arrive in time allocated so a quick email and another item dispatched pronto which turned up in time allocated.
Prompt response to queries 👍🏻
Pleased with the service and item was perfect and easy to fit.

I put the lads through the wringer a bit here I've got to say
First I emailed asking if a part would fit my car and forgot to include the link the the part in question, then came back to check if the paint colour was right, and the person answering was very patient and gave the information that was asked for in a clear concise manner
I also followed up after receiving the order confirmation to get a tracking number which they provided for me
It seems as though they really care about their brand and good feedback, and they are absolutely well worth doing business with!

There's always that doubt when buying online from a retailer for the first time. My order didn't arrive on the expected due date which didn't bode well. To my great relief, I wrote to the seller and they responded immediately. To cut the long story short, the original delivery must have been lost in the post, and the seller have promptly checked that out and then sent me a replacement order which had arrived shortly afterwards. So, first class service from the seller, and the order (a pair of wing mirror covers) arrived in top condition and well protected in the packaging. So, 5 stars to the seller indeed.

Highly recommend. Very responsive to queries and supplied the F31 wing mirror quickly. Was slightly nervous based on some of the reviews but would highly recommend.

Ordered a Gris Shark wing mirror cover and it arrived within the timescale in perfect condition. I was a bit worried when I saw that Evri was the courier and true to form the delivery driver didn't knock and left the part in my recycle bin so no drama as I expected something like that. Part was spot on and only took a few minutes to fit. Price, delivery, packaging and condition were all excellent. Thank you ASY, if I need anything else I'll certainly be back in touch

Got a towing cap for my ford mk7 fiesta colour was spot on and cap was also fitted perfect no complaints. Even kept in touch with updates on delivery and offered to post another when it had been a little while can’t fault it!

Ordered a mk8 fiesta door mirror, unfortunately this did not arrive.
Emailed the company and after a short investigation another mirror was dispatched and arrived within 5 days.
Was very impressed with quality and colour match of the mirror.

I needed a replacement wing mirror after my daughter decided to remove the original with a wall.
Asyautoparts offered a replacement at a sensible price (sorry Peugeot but you were being ridiculous).
The new mirror was easy to fit and a perfect colour match to the car.

When my wing mirror finally arrived it was great, however it took much communication and excuses about "the courier" - I tried phoning to be told in my email "the phone doesn't work". A good price but be prepared for a wait and chase if you don't receive in the time frame.

Part fitted no problem, would highly recommend.

You should really get all your FACTS straight.
Before you make anymore a idiot of yourself.

I received my refund.
But DON’T however call a customer a LIAR or make them out to be the BAD GUY.
And ask them to RETRACT there review, to make you look better.
And then say call it a day and THEN REPLY like that.

You sent an email, which I DID NOT RECEIVE.
Hence you got no reply.
When I asked for PROOF OF EMAIL.
YOU COULD NOT PROOF.
Then you sent another one.
Which I did receive.
However as I explained in that email to you.
I gave the VIN NUMBER of the vehicle which you REQUESTED, that GIVES you the PAINT COLOUR, when I ordered.
WHICH YOU STIPULATE.

However YOU COULD NOT get the info. Which is not my fault.
YOUR FAULT. For not having the correct update information, which you said you have.
BEFORE and AS ORDER WAS PLACED.
Otherwise why ASK FOR VIN Number of VEHICLE?
BEFORE ORDER IS ACCEPTED.

Ordered 26th Feb.
1st Email.
I sent chasing was 5th MARCH
THAT is 5-7 days after £3.99 extra payment for delivery.
YOUR REPLY.
“I will chase it for you. Thanks.”

Then on 6th March.
YOUR REPLY.
“I was assured it was in transit?”

THEN NOTHING FOR 5 DAYS

Then on 11th March
“I have sent you email asking for you to call Ford to name of colour. As the site we use isn’t working. But I have had no reply.”

So this is we’re I asked for the proof of that email, that you said you sent.
Between the 6th and 11th.
Which YOU COULDN’T give.
Wonder why?????

But, by then I’d already received the part painted and posted by another company.
I had to source my own.
Which cost me more.

Hence I asked for a refund.
Which I received.

But don’t make out that it’s my fault by this reply.

DONT ASK FOR INFORMATION IN THE VERY FIRST INSTANCE.
THAT YOU CANNOT USE.
So THAT MAKES IT YOUR FAULT.
As does all the email chasing after.
Which the customer has to do.
If they don’t receive the order in the time specified, they pay for.

But clearly you have no idea on how to treat customers, but slate them off after you plead for them to put a better review.
As I said. I’m glad for all the 5 star review customers.

But for me. Still should be NO STAR for calling a CUSTOMER A LIAR.
Unfortunately I can’t copy and paste my Order.
