In early October we had squirrels boldly entering our kitchen whilst we were in it, and then discovered one running amok in our attic. I looked online for who best to call for help and chose ASW because of the number of wonderful testimonials they have. I am now adding to these as a very happy customer! Their service is outstanding.
My initial phone message was responded to in minutes with reassurance and a swift plan. Adam arrived at 8.30 the next morning. He was thoroughly professional, knowledgeable, considerate, courteous and friendly. He carefully investigated the problem, found the entry points, and laid some traps in our attic with cameras so he could see any activity on his phone. Within hours he contacted us with news of a result and arranged to come back that same afternoon. Adam kept us well informed and returned 3 more times over about 2 weeks. He added a trap outside our kitchen door and monitored the situation, keeping us informed. In fact no more squirrels were caught, and they have all disappeared from our garden- and house! We have had no more trouble with squirrels since then. During his visits an issue with mice became apparent and Adam put trays of poison in various locations. No more scrabbling noises, nibbled vegetables or other evidence of mice since then. We are really pleased, and relieved, by the excellent service we had from Adam from ASW and will definitely call them again for any pest control needs in future. We can thoroughly recommend this excellent and professional business and thank them very much for all their help.

I had previously used another company to deal with a problem I had with rats. The rats returned so I decided to contact ASW. Simon came out very quickly and did a thorough inspection which the other company hadn’t done. He put some poison in the loft and in another place and said he would come back in a couple of weeks to check the situation. He would also be back a third time. I was very grateful for this as I didn’t feel abandoned like I did with the other company. I would 100% recommend ASW to anyone. They are so knowledgeable and professional.

ASW and especially pest controller Bob have been absolutely amazing. I had previously had JG Pest control who were absolutely useless (two botched attempts at wasp nest treatment, and made to wait 17 days in between) I finally asked ASW to come and sort everything out. Bob came and immediately using binoculars established where correct entry point was. He did initial external treatment, because the previous treatment by JG had punctured nest allowing wasps out into my attic & airing cupboard!
So he had to allow wasps to settle down, but he promised he would return after weekend to go into loft and remove nest. True to his word he came on the Monday, kitted up in protective gear and proper wasp treatment. The nest was the largest he had seen this year. He spent hours, carefully removing nest, and showed me the huge nest sections afterwards. Bob went to great lengths to advise me about how to wasp proof eaves of my old cottage to prevent possible wasp invasion next year. He checked my airing cupboard for any wasp stragglers. I cant speak highly enough about ASW and Bob a firm that really cares about their customers, and staff that go the extra mile to ensure you are happy and wasp free! After Bobs work I never saw another wasp 10/10.

We had to temporarily pause work in a customer’s loft back in June 2025 due to a large wasps’ nest. Nobody in the county could attend quickly, but ASW Pest Control Specialists Ltd were on site within 2 hours. The nest was safely removed with complete professionalism, and our client was absolutely over the moon with the service.
