Stay away from this company!
In mid December, I placed an order of 2 sweaters for Christmas gifts. I never received them. I contacted the company stating that the tracking number had been showing them in Los Angeles for over 2 weeks. They said they would try to find the problem. Another week went by and they said they were on their way. I still didn’t receive them. Of course, I could no longer give them as gifts. I contacted them again and they said they would send a new order. I received the 2 sweaters and I did not like the quality. The necklines were not sewn properly. When I requested to return them, they instead started offering me money to keep them. I had paid $100 and they told me they would refund me 12.99. I said no and then they said 19.99 and I said no and then they said I had to pay to return them to India.
I have never had this happen before. I have contacted PayPal and my Visa company.
Stay away!!

I had not heard of this company, but went ahead and ordered since it said EASY RETURNS on the website. The products received did not look like the image online. The "brown" long sleeve shirt (actually titled that in description) was orange. The other shirt I received was a very poor knock off of the image, and I never would have purchased it if they showed this shirt. They would not allow me to return, after several attempts, and showing images, they offered $16 when the purchase was over $100. This is NOT a reputable company.

Do not order from this company. I ordered a dress. When itI arrived it did not look like the dress on line. The color was different and the fabric was bad. I asked about returning it and they offered me an 11 dollar refund on a 75 dollar purchase. When I questioned them again they offered 18 dollars. The issue is ongoing.

Love love love the jumper however the tops were tight.

I ordered a sweater that looked nothing like the picture. I wanted to return it and they said they don’t do returns and offered me 10% back. Honestly rather donate to the good will. Don’t order anything from them.

DO NOT ORDER FROM ASVORI! I ordered a size larger after reading reviews. Waited 5 weeks for delivery, 2 items would fit humpty-dumpty, very small shoulders and huge waist & stomach. The other might fit a small 10-yr-old. Tried to return. NO RETURN POLICY. They kept trying to have me accept a 10% refund and a gift card. After 6 back & forth messages over 6 weeks, they stopped answering entirely

I ordered a jumpsuit and the material was very uncomfortable. There was no stretch or give to it so it was very tight fitting through the shoulders. I asked to return it and the first reply, I got said they would give me eight dollars. I complained that I wanted a refund and they replied that I should keep it and they would give me $18. I paid $80 for it and I can’t even wear it. I will never order from this company again!

I purchased two outfits they are nice but since I never purchased from you before I ordered my size and I should have gone up one size tried to exchanged and was told I have to pay $5.00 just to return and $40.00 a month not going to happen

The dresses fit perfectly and are so comfortable.
Shopping and delivery were so easy and pleasant.
I will definetly order again.

Total rip off. I needed to send this purchase back, but this company cannot be reached by phone. I tried to send an email, and was notified a "code" would be sent to my email to log on with.....it never arrived

This outfit is gorgeous! I purchased this for an upcoming trip to Italy. The style is pretty and the material is nice and lightweight

Shipping took a little while but well worth it. The overalls arrived in excellent condition and the fit was as if it was made just for me. Quality is amazing. Perfect in every way.
