Discriminating against me as soon as I said what type of business I run was told I wouldn't get a lease because my insurance was going to be 4x higher and no one in Australia would insure me I then rang an insurance company and the first one I rang in my area said they would insure me and it wouldn't be extra at all I run a tattoo studio and have for many years with no issue she told me that most of us are related to bikies and other motorcycle club there for I shouldn't Evan try to get a lease through them as no one will insure me very blunt deminor and felt as tho I was being judged for my type of work very unpleasant experience

Aston Commercial has been my commercial leasehold manager for many years now. Unfortunately, during the last few and most challenging years of my tenancy, they have been less supportive towards tenants and continuously place unnecessary and illegal pressure on the property tenants they manage.
I have been issued with illegal default notices, and forced to pay these fines in order to renew my lease.
If and when I’m a single day late with rent, I am sent constant emails and text messages trying to get me to pay up. I understand the responsibilities of myself as a tenant, and the responsibilities of a property manager, but these occurrences are above and beyond any reasonable measure. Small business is hard currently and Aston Commerical do not care about their customers or tenants.
It is at the point that I would rather vacate the premises than continue my lease. This results in property vacancies, new legal agreements and fees, and a host of other expenses accrued at the expense of the landlords. It is not productive for the tenants, or the property owners.
If you are a tenant considering renting through Aston Commercial, I would advise extreme caution when reviewing your lease agreements and any associated fees they pass on. They are dishonest, and either do not know their legal obligations as property managers, or willingly act beyond their legal obligations.

I was the vendor for a commercial property being sold by Aston and my experience was a great outcome all round. Rodney and Jeremy were both exceptionally professional and delivered a first-class result.
