As a tenant, I have been pleased with the level of promptness and professionalism with which they've responded to queries and requests. Any issues we've had have been swiftly rectified, and Rachel goes out of her way to over-communicate timings and advocate for our needs with contractors and repair workers.

Flawless communication
Aston Chase is overlooking one of my bosses property and we are very happy with their services.

I have been working with Aston Chase for 5 years. They never fail to deliver the best customer service, the best communication and have never failed to deliver great tenants to our rental apartment in Queens Park. I had the pleasure to work with Aston Chase Real Estate for the last 3 years as a tenant, and my experience was perfect. I had the chance to work closely with Rachel Webb, the Property Manager. She is an outstanding professional, always meeting our needs, being very reactive, always available, and highly efficient in such a nice way.
