Never received my order even after emailing countless times. Contacted Klarna also to get in touch.

Really poor. Terrible quality dress snd won’t provide a refund. Offered half with some lame and incorrect excuses but didn’t even receive that!
Awful service, just taking peoples money knowingly.

I ordered weeks ago and have yet to receive an email to say it has even been dispatched!!!!! Disgrace !

I purchased a dress which was on sale and when it arrived it was too big, I tried to return the item but they don’t do refunds on sale items, Ridiculous policy.

Ordered item for it to take forever to arrive. Had to chase tracking as didn't update. Once I finally received item well over a month from ordering I decided straight away I didn't want it and immediately requested a returns slip as this was not included in package, to be told that my item was not eligible for a refund as this was in the sale. Did not state anywhere through purchasing this was the case and this is actually against consumer trading standards. I have emailed company multiple times with no responses avoid this company at all costs.

this company is a complete scam company - they are pretending they have a UK warehouse and in fact they are drop shipping your order from China (hence why it takes 3-4 weeks) I since found the dress I purchased on a popular Chinese website for pittance. I tried to return the dress for a smaller size as it was one size too big and they advised that they were having ongoing issues with the UK warehouse and in the process of moving therefore if I wanted to return it I would have to return it abroad so they would give me 50% discount on the item to keep it and advised this was “stated on their website” I videoed the whole website as proof, it’s not stated on there and this is therefore illegal and miss-selling. What a surprise they now won’t email me back despite several emails. DO NOT waste your item and don’t risk it.

I ordered a few items and its very hit and miss. One of them was completely unwearable. Their UK warehouse is conveniently not in operation so you cant return items and only get 50% refunds great scam

Deliver took longer than 20 days and wasn’t able to get updates on my package

Clothes took ages to come but was aware of this from the website so that was okay. They were nice although the zip on one item kept coming down when wearing but they were decent and looked good. I had to return one item and have had real problems doing so. I emailed multiple times asking for their return address as they won’t just provide it on the website. They finally responded after several emails so I sent the item and it’s more than 2 weeks later and they have not informed Klarna that I returned the item. Tracking info shows it was accepted and signed for. Honestly don’t waste your time. If you are happy to wait ages and know you won’t want to return anything then buy from them but to be an online business that is this slow and difficult to return, it’s not worth the time.

This website is a ***SCAM*** please beware! Do not order from here.

Ordered a month ago, goods never came!!!

They ignored direct messages on Instagram but they’re deleting comments from there page of customers asking where they’re goods are so must have been active on the account.

I keep getting sponsored posts from them n my feed aswell… why still advertise if you have no intention of shipping goods?!

Having to go through the bank for a refund!

I have ordered an outfit for my holiday, I received my tracking number on the 1st may which is not available to see, I ordered it on the 22nd April meaning it was not shipped for 8 days after purchase, which I’m still unsure it’s been sent as I can’t see tracking as it’s incorrect. I’ve tried to contact numerous of times and still heard nothing. I’m so disappointed and feel as if I’ve thrown money away.

The item wasn’t exactly as expected - the skirt was much shorter than it looked on the photo so I returned the set. This return was tracked and was signed for over two weeks ago now and I have received no reply to my email and no refund has been issued.

Thankfully I paid the purchase off through Klarna (although I regret paying the order off now). I’m just waiting a couple more days before klarna can start an investigation.

make sure that if you buy anything from this company you purchase via PayPal/ Klarna who can investigate if they ignore your return. Also make sure to return anything via signed for delivery- you will need the proof of receipt to claim the money back.

I will not be using this company again and based on my experience, I advise others not to either.

Good quality and same exact product in photos, but size is extremely off, I ordered a large and it literally looks like it could be xs/s

It did take nearly 30 days so just order before hand if you need anything for an event, just upset about the sizes

Asteria Fashion has provided amazing customer services, they have sent me the wrong size shoes, I emailed and I was told to keep the shoes and the correct size will be sent out.
I will be giving the shoes I am keeping to charity.

Whoever I spoke to was very helpful, wanted to return an order but missed the sale exclusion so the lovely lady gave me store credit and let me keep the item. Would recommend x

Worst company. Bought 2 jumper neither of which ever arrived and the company refused to speak to me to work out what happened. Do not buy from them

Really cute outfits that are good quality and timeless pieces! They are super elegant and have a slight oversized fit which make them super comfy to wear. Will defo shop again!
