Dean from Assured Energy was a Breath of Fresh Air
Our busness electric had come to the end of the contract and having had problems with a company called Bionic in the past I wanted a broker I could trust.
Dean from Assured Energy was a breath of fresh air.
He understood my situation, I don't like phone calls and he, unlike other companies, didn't keep calling, probably against his company sales policy.
We did everything by email and he actually read what I wrote.
I now have a shiny new energy contract AND am saving money.
So if you are looking to change your supply, or just get a better deal with the same company ring Dean @ Assured Energy or, if you are like me, email him!

Excellent helpful customer service
I had to upgrade my gas meter but no clue what to do or how to do it. Got in touch with Brian; he was very kind and helpful in understanding and sorting out my requirements. In fact, he provided me with all the step by step assistance without expecting any monetary benefits. As he suggested, I got in touch with the relevant department and sorted everything in few hours. He followed it up and ensured that my issues are sorted. Strongly recommend this company and Brian to anyone to deal with their electricity, gas and metering etc.

Mark has been extremely helpful in exploring the options we had to renew our electricity contract, which was difficult this year due to a number of external circumstances beyond our control. All now sorted for the next 24 months, and we are very happy with the outcome.

Mark ludford has been working with us on finding our company the best energy deals out there. We have many contracts and I trust them all to Mark to get me the best deals. In our most recent renewal Mark was able to secure us a deal a whopping 25% below our current contract. Communication is always excellent, as is customer service. Very pleased with this company
