Gay Glenn was a pleasure to speak with. She explained every aspect of the different life insurance policies until she was sure I totally understood what I wanted and what I needed. She was very friendly, I felt like I was speaking to a friend. I Am really happy with the policy I got and have told several people about it already.

Horrible Customer service. An totally incompetent agent put me on hold without telling me why and then sent me to the message box of someone(whom I assumed was my claim adjustor). The agent would not identify herself and did not send me the adjustor's name. I had to call back and waisted 20 minutes trying to get a supervisor. Total disaster- can't wait to find out how my claim is adjusted.
