Customer service is really bad, there is no one! The website is consistently glitching, and there is no response or reaction to any email or requests.
The architecture of the site is extremely old, payments are decent, there is a Fisting community and its helpfull, but it could be better.

I have a problem with any website that closes an account without giving any specific requirements for membership and then just blocks the account, giving the reasons only after the account is blocked and the user remains barred forever. I won't get into the mental state of the person(s) in charge; there's no logic whatsoever, and I'm not missing dealing with rampant insanity, which seems to be the norm on this site.

This site has jumped the shark. Updated my profile, got a message that they didn't know if it was about fisting. Not assplay, not toys, but fisting. It was, but they couldn't figure that out apparently unless you specifically include a list of criteria (which they include in the response email) including self-pictures of you fisting. Really creepy, frankly that the site owner requires pictures of you having sex. Required are "One or two hands? Width or depth? Have you ever fisted/been fisted?" Of course, they don't tell you about these criteria until your profile change is rejected. I had been a member of the site, sometimes a paying member, for like 15 years, numerous conversations with people about fisting, but they couldn't figure out what I wasn't there for other purposes. Just really odd...

The site had minor problems like deleting profile for obscure reasons or for no reasons at all. Now they want a copy of your Driver's License for age verification (requirements under a new Texas law and the site is in Texas) which if the site is hacked, takes all the necessary information needed to steal your identity. That is a mile I can not walk. As much as I LOVE the site, I am not ready to hand that info to a site that hasn't taken security seriously.

I was asked a question by the system administrator and he didn't like my answer. Blocked me.

I agree with a couple other reviewers get rid of Richard in Customer service. I have been a pain member of aspic for several years now last week I went to log onto my account and it was completely gone. I kept trying and nothing was happening so I looked up customer service. and sent a very nice message saying that I couldn’t get my account to open and I got a message back from Richard that only said account closed no explanation nothing I had also just recently renewed and paid money for several months in advance. So I sent another message to customer service and after a fairly long period of time I get a message back saying that inappropriate comments to other members that’s it now I’m racking my brain thinking what have I said to someone to lose my membership so I send another message back and said you know I’m sorry I don’t recall saying anything nasty to anyone. Could you let me know when this happened? Maybe someone that was at my house that I was letting look online said something. I’d like to know something no response the next day I sent another message. Hey I’m sorry I really honestly do not know what I said. Can you let me know it was inappropriate or tell me how long I won’t have my membership no response. So so I find this very inappropriate that I have nothing to look back at because he just took everything away no explanation nothing and it made me feel like this person has a little bit of power and he’s just welding it that he’s angry at people or something also I was just reading the opening page of asspig and it says any problems or questions will give you a prompt response which isn’t true Plus I said if you’re gonna cancel me I’d like my money back but got no response

AssPig is great, the only site I know of dedicated to the fisting community. I have met so many great guys on AP over the years. Honestly don't know what I'd do without it... it's where real pigs come to meet & play.

I have been a member of ASSPIG for several years. There have been occasions where I've cancelled my membership only because I wasn't meeting anyone; not because of any technical difficulty with the site. When I have had difficulty, I found tech support to be very responsive. In signing up, it is important to wait until you receive a final VERIFICATION email. If you do not, that is when problems will arise. Also, I suggest using the free version for awhile to get familiar with how it works
BEFORE jumping to the paid version.

Was a long term paying member and fairly happy with my experience up until week ago. I uploaded some new pics and expected them to be reviewed as usual but then I kept getting rerouted to complete my profile, so I waited a day thinking maybe it was just taking a bit longer than usual for whatever reason to be reapproved. No dice… so I emailed support and then I have my first encounter with “Richard”… I was basically told what I have had written in my profile for years now was no longer acceptable and if I didn’t specifically state what “Richard” wanted in my profile it wouldn’t be approved. So instead of further engaging with “Richard,” who made it clear from the get go that he is just another petty, sad, raggedy old troll flexing what minimal power he has to behave punitively against members of the community for whatever his pathetic excuse is, I left it alone. Tried logging in again only to find out that my account is now completely deactivated/deleted. I won’t be wasting any more of my money, time, or effort trying to get it reactivated. Guess it’s just time to move on to other platforms that don’t have a “Richard the sad clown” mismanaging the authority he was obviously mistakenly given to mistreat their users.

Well I just created an account! and then did the verification with my ID as im in Texas! and it all got set up and i put my profile pics in and was able look at profiles! but logged off! next day could not log in and also went to forgot password! so I emailed support! and reply was something about drug reference what richard said so was deleted! i never eve memtioned alcohol and nothing about it!. i was like what? where? i never even got to finish setting up! think this guy just has power trip. im retired US Vet and I even clicked sont drink or smoke! this site went down hill def! almost every review is how he has deleted peoples accounts!

Well... Richard attacks again. what is going on? why are they trying to dictate what your profile says. I have met awesome men through this site. I guess they want something else. no more paying for the site

I registered to asspig website and provided all of the requested information, I then paid for a one year membership. After I logged out I was not able to log back in. I informed asspig to please correct the issues. A representative send me this email

I was able to log back in, but again after I logged out I was unable to log back in. I send this email to asspig

This is the first time I have ever corresponded with asspig. Why does Richard ask me “What do you not understand “
I have requested information as to why Richard responded in such a way and does not provide a reason.
Richard does not answer my questions or respond to my emails. And they claim that they will not refund my membership
Asspig has made a huge error in having Richard as an employee and in charge. Asspig will suffer financially, loose membership, and their reviews will only get worse as long as Richard is involved and in charge

Created multiple accounts, many times, over the years. And every time that I specified the types of guys that I'm interested in (as part of my profile text), my profile was then deleted. No reason given. No response provided. And no longer able to login soon right after. This site used to have an ethnicity field as part of everyone's profile, as well as an ethnicity search filter. However, they soon got rid of it (Richard does not approve of members who specify ethnicity preferences on their profiles), even though in doing so, no violations of the member’s terms were broken. They just didn’t like members specifying ethnicity preferences after they removed the ethnicity field from everyone’s profile, as well as the ethnicity search filter. They "claim" hate & discrimination was the reason they removed the ethnicity field & search filter. WHATEVER!!! But there are no member term violations regarding specifying who one is interested in, posted on one’s profile. Anyone could simply state that they are interested in X, Y, & Z guys on their profile & not be in violation of their member terms. But Richard, will soon delete your A** right after you do so, regardless. Bottom line, if you're not into OLDER WHITE GRAY-HAIRED GRANDPA BOTTOMS (like Richard), then you simply will get the BOOT. WHAT A JOKE OF A SITE!!! A Total S#*T HOLE!!!

Apparently Richard at Asspig deleted anyone’s profile… with bogus allegations. I believe it was a personal vendetta or jealousy

I paid the fee for premium account then after they received the money they deleted my account. After the fact I found out this has happened to several others. Customer service will not reply or return my money.
