I had some issues logging into my account and got quite worried about it. However, I used the Assetz chat function and the customer service person was really helpful. My problem was resolved really quickly and with no fuss. It really put my mind at ease and made me feel confident that I could reach out to Assetz whenever I encounter a problem.

In several years of investing I've found Assetz to be one of the better providers of P2P. Good returns on investment and high standards of ethics. Defaults need to updated more rapidly to provide accurate up to date picture of returns.

I was pleased that I received my £103. Although I found it complicated to withdraw, so I don't think I will be investing with you in the future, Hey who knows things may improve.

I have been a customer of Assetz for approximately 3 years. I choose to invest in the P2P market diversify my portfolio and was particularly attracted to Assetz as they provided an quick access account which seemed to provide liquidity and a level of protection against losses.

My experience was fine until early 2020 when Assetz imposed limits on withdrawals which resulted in my withdrawal request for my 'quick access' account taking over a year to process. In addition, Assetz levied additional fees and lowered interest rates which significantly reduced the return on the money that was trapped in my accounts with them.

I believe all of the actions taken by Assetz were in line with their T&Cs but did not deliver on the liquidity expectations I had from investing in a quick access account.

If you are going to invest with Assetz Capital my advice is that you should only invest money you are willing to lose, have sudden changes to the return rate or be tied up for an undetermined amount of time.

The experience has put me off investing in the P2P market and I have closed my accounts with Assetz.

One positive is that the on line chat facility worked well and the staff always tried to help within the scope of the policies implemented by the company.

Following the death of my husband last year I needed to transfer funds from our joint funds to my sole name. This has been a long and complicated procedure which is still on going. On several occasions I have phoned Assetz and spoken to various people whom on the phone have been very helpful, however they have failed to implement what they have said they would do.

Good experience so far. As an April 2021 RateSetter refugee, I split that balance between Assetz Capital and a couple of other P2P providers. It's early days and so time might throw up some issues (I don't plan on withdrawing money any time soon; as was the case with RateSetter, I understand that there are current delays in accessing money via the secondary market), but so far so good.

The money I transferred in was matched and invested very quickly, the system and processes have been straightforward to follow, and I did have a follow up call asking how I'd found the platform, and advising some online resources if I wanted assistance.

I like this platform. It is quite good.

I love the regular updates, the requests to vote and the video updates during the pandemic to set expectations. The customer service experience is also fantastic.

I have invested with Assetz Capital for some years, I believe the returns I have obtained are above average. I like the fact that the company is not quoted and therefore does not have to take actions to please shareholders. I have found the staff to be most helpful when I have had occasion to speak to them. I know peer to peer lending is relatively risky and not for widows and orphans. In my experience AC do everything they can to minimise risk and keep investors up to date with all relevant matters. A great investment to have as part of your portfolio.

Assetz Capital has adapted well to market place during the pandemic. The regular updates have been invaluable and provide confidence that investments are are being well looked after in the circumstances.

Unable to withdraw money from account to bank account as bank account is rejected still after several months of activity. The account was funded from the same bank account that is being rejected.

After about a fortnight finally obtained verification of the bank account and was able to transfer money. out.

I'm unsure why I am being reminded to review. Perhaps AC are too conceited to get the message. I really do not feel like reviewing a platform where my losses (which their systems apparently cannot yet record) continue to exceed the low level of interest received. And AC is the only P2P I am aware of which earns between 10 and 50% of lender returns, but without the capital or any apparent risk.

I’ve been investing with Assetz Capital for nearly two years now. I am pleased with the returns and the way that they have handled the difficult situation with COVID. They communicate well on a regular basis with investors and I have a lot of confidence with them.

A very good platform that has survived the pandemic with limited damage.
My only concern is that as a manual Invester i am now running out of Loans I wish to invest in and am desperately waiting for new loans to added to their portfolio so that I can invest my contribution based on Risk and Reward.
I used my annual ISA investment to add funds to their site but am running out of options to invest in at the limit per Loan I have limited myself to.

Hopefully when lockdown ends more new options to invest in will become available but the choice is fairly limited at the moment.
