S Aspris & Son was established in London in 1965. We remain a family-run business and the largest importer and distributor of Greek and Cypriot drinks in the United Kingdom. With a vast selection of wines, beers, spirits and food from a wide range of suppliers, we proudly serve both retail and trade customers.
Although our specialism is Greek and Cypriot drinks, we also stock an extensive range of products sourced from suppliers around the world. We continually seek out new products to expand our range, giving our customers greater choice and variety for every occasion.
Our current best-selling brands include Boutari, Greek Wine Cellars, Keo, Babatzim, Alfa, Mythos, Lykos and Lantides, to name just a few.
We operate both retail and wholesale arms of the business, supported by our warehouse on Ferdinand Street in Chalk Farm.
Our trade customers typically include pubs, bars, restaurants, clubs and other wholesalers. Our same-day delivery service to businesses in North London provides reliability and peace of mind, while nationwide deliveries are handled via a palletised courier service.
We also operate an online store offering an extensive range of products, with delivery available across the UK mainland via a 24-hour courier service. Customers may also collect orders directly from our warehouse using our Click and Collect service.
At the heart of our philosophy is a commitment to providing a personalised and highly professional service, combined with some of the most competitive pricing in the industry. Finally..! I have located a shop that sells the Cypriot lemon squash. Have already made two purchases within the last month, and both orders arrived within 1 working day, so the service is super speedy. The bottles were very well packaged, so that no damage could occur, which is good. Overall, a very happy customer.

Have ordered from Aspris&Son a few times now and it's always a really easy process.
Whenever customer service was needed, it was excellent (an item from our order wasn't available, so we got a choice to substitute it) and the actual products are great. Greek wine and tsipouro is quite difficult to get hold of in some parts of the UK, so it's great to find such variety.

Nearly a 5
As before the delivery service was outstanding. Ordering was easy, too. However after getting an email to tell me one of my items was out of stock I was given a choice of options - choose a substitute, take a refund of the out of stock item or cancel the whole order. I chose an alternative product but did say that if this was a problem then I would just take the order without the missing item and to not bother with the refund. I didn’t get the substitute or anything to indicate that the proposed substitute wasn’t available. Not a deal breaker. Won’t stop me from using Aspris & Son again though.

Although the system initially allowed the purchase, our team notified you by email as soon as the issue was identified and issued a full refund straight away.
We understand this was disappointing, and we appreciate that clearer stock visibility on the website would have helped avoid the confusion. We’re reviewing our processes to prevent this happening again.

Refunded with no explanation
I bought 10 bottles of wine from their online store . They sent email saying it’s packed and with the shipper . Next day I get email saying I have been refunded with no explanation . Not a good service in my opinion .

We’re very sorry for the frustration caused by the sudden cancellation and refund of your order. This isn’t the level of service we aim to provide. From looking at our system, it looks like the product you ordered is out of stock.
The system automatically alerts you of the refund and reason for refund, which in this case was the product was out of stock and the refund was automatically generated.
We have looked into this further, the Manager emailed you on the 13th July to explain that the item was out of stock if you haven't received the email, please check your spam folder.
