This was my first time buying a wig and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Cath was very helpful and friendly. All of my enquiries were answered extremely quickly, even at evenings and weekends! There was an issue with my wig of choice being out of stock at the supplier - no fault of Aspire’s, but they offered me alternative solutions. The first attempt didn’t suit me but the resulting return was handled very promptly and smoothly. The exchange item was posted free of charge, and the original sale discount was honoured even when I upgraded to a more expensive product. I’m delighted with the wig I finally settled on. I will definitely be shopping at Aspire for all my future hair needs!

I would highly recommend Aspire. I bought a wig from them and the customer service was absolutely brilliant - really helpful, prompt, caring. In the end, the wig did not suit me and I had to return it but Cath and the others there were extremely helfpul, even though it must be really inconvenient for them, having ordered a Jon Renau wig from the USA and now, having to return it. I would absolutely shop with Aspire again - great x

What a gem of a service! I was fast loosing my hair due to chemotherapy and although was looking at the hospital recommended wig shop I hadn’t found the right wig for me. I found this shop on the internet and gave them a call, a couple of hours later was walking out with a new head of hair. From walking in Cath made me feel at ease and upon looking at my current hair picked up a wig that had caught my eye as I walked in as the colour was a perfect match and the style almost identical to my natural hair. Cath gave lots of advice over the care of the wig and sent videos via email, assuring that I could call at any time with questions. That evening (Saturday night) I emailed with a non urgent question and had reply 8:30 Sunday morning - what great aftercare too. If anyone is in need of this service then I cannot recommend this company enough. They deal with a sensitive situation with professionalism and empathy and have made my difficult journey a little easier.

Its not just the products that make Aspire stand out . Its the personal service to customers too . Emma and Cath are not only professional but also understanding and caring . First class service .

I was diagnosed with breast cancer and I knew that I was going to experience some hair loss due to chemotherapy.

Aspire Hair was very empathic to my situation and on meeting the staff confirmed their total understanding. Nothing was too much trouble for them to make me feel better. Everything was explained to me in great detail and all my questions, fears and insecurities were addressed. A practical, to try on the wigs was also part of my appointment.

The aftercare service was also exceptional as they were readily available at the end of the phone or an email and I was welcomed back to make sure that I was putting the wig on properly.

I cannot recommend Aspire Hair highly enough for their customer care and the quality of their wigs.

I was a loyal online customer for some years, satisfied with both service and price. However, a few years ago the prices seemed to increase every time I made a purchase and the discounts being offered reduced from 30% to 25% I decided it was time to shop around and am satisfied with my new supplier.

Have used Aspire Hair for over 10 years, Emma and Cath are both very friendly and welcoming and immediately put you at ease. Having to wear a wig for whatever type of hair loss can be a very anxious time, but once you are in the salon trying different styles and colours you are made to feel very relaxed about it.
