Very Great with helping people get back on the right track

I am a disabled veteran, in Washington State. I was treated very poorly. I went into the Kelso office to pick up my loan check, and give a few more docs for my loan. I was excepted for a 7400 dollar loan, when I got there Miss D. was about to give me the check but it was not in my legal name. So I brought it to Miss D. attention. Well, I found out Miss D(I'll call her Miss D.)changed my last
Name on the loan, she dropped part of my last name without asking me about it. Then when I had her change it back to my legal name, it flagged me as unmatched name on the acct.
So it deflected my loan to a no.
Also when she called me she said (exact words): I'm going to ask you a series of questions. I only want yes or no answers! Do you understand me? I answered yes. I felt very degraded! I think after giving her my SS Card, and Military ID, And a certified divorce decree, showing my legal name. I would have been excepted, especially since the loan went through once, before giving all this federal proof! But, Miss D. was basing it off my wa.st.lic. instead of calling her boss after recieving everything i sent her, to get it corrected on the computer. It was such a waste of my and Miss D. Time after all the hard work we put into the application. I believe, She knew she screwed up and she ghosted me. Without any explanation of why we weren't getting the loan! Very unprofessional, and I'm very unhappy. The loan was going to help me get a new roof on my home. This roof is leaking!! Thanks Miss D. at the Kelso office.
Also she ignored a certified copy of my divorce decree wich stated on the last pg. That i didnt go back to my old name that i kept my married name, over my wa st license, which had my old name. Which if she would have done her job I should have still gotten the loan. Because everything checked ok with my name. I think I'm going to the att. Gen. With this one. Alot more to this story but I'd be typing most of the day to tell it all! So I'll just stop here! I just hope no one else has to endure such rudeness to get a loan at One Main. I believe they do the whole loan process off a computer software. And their told to stick to the program. And once she changed my name, there was no going back!!
