After 2 years of WFH, I needed a space at a good rate and flexible terms. I only wanted a short-term tenancy close to my home while I have home renovations done. As this was the case, I thought it might prove difficult finding a space at a competitive rate. I got in touch with Officio to help me find a space. Ethan from Officio was very helpful and set me up with viewings as per my requirements. After just a few weeks I'm in my own office and it is perfect. I highly recommend Officio. 5 stars from me!

I approached Ms. Ilaria Vitolo from Officio for an office space in a specific location in London last evening and this morning she had arranged an office space for viewing. I've been looking for a desk space for a bit of time on and off for a bit of time, and I wasn't finding what I wanted within my budget. I had a short call with Tammy, I explained what I wanted and she found me a brilliant space ticking all my boxes literally 5mins walk away! She addressed few questions about the contract length and price and managed the negotiation with the space management, and she really had my interest. End to end service was very quick, she arranged a viewing at a suitable time, and I was ready to sign the contract! Wonderful lady, I recommend her strongly and would use her service again
