I found out Aske Insurance has been charging me $25 a month for a car I cancelled insurance on last August. I was told I would not be reimbursed. The person I talked with dropped the ball, didn't leave notes that I had done so, even though i have texts and phone records to show the exact time and date i had canceled.

I have requested more information about Laurel Ledwidge as I have never heard of them nor insured them during my nine years in business.
There are a couple of things that really stand out which make this review incorrect, Firstly, the company name is spelt incorrectly and more importantly I operate in the UK and not in the US nor do I deal with premiums in $.
As for car insurance, I don't tend to do one off policies for car insurance unless it is for an existing commercial insurance policy holder and I am willing to accommodate the request.
Finally, I do not offer direct debit payment, this is done by a third party company.
I would love to see the texts and phone records!
