I am writing to you regarding my long-term use of your platforms, including AsianDate and related services operating under different brand names.

I am a French resident and have been a paying customer for approximately twelve years. Over this period, I estimate that I have spent close to 300,000 euros on your services, primarily through the purchase of credits for interactions presented as genuine and personal.

I have now established that these interactions were generated through a massive automated messaging system. To date, my account inbox alone contains approximately 600,000 unread messages covering only the last three to four years. In previous years, I had already deleted more than one million similar messages before fully understanding the automated and industrial nature of this system. Such volumes clearly exclude any genuine human interaction.

After recently blocking and deleting hundreds of contacts in order to stop this automated flow, my payment attempts were suddenly rejected without any clear explanation, despite the fact that the same payment methods had always been accepted previously. This sequence strongly suggests an internal account restriction or retaliatory measure following my decision to disengage from the system.

Furthermore, since expressing concerns regarding these practices, I have been subjected to an abnormal and continuous flow of automated messages, occurring at a rate of several messages per minute, including during night hours, which constitutes electronic harassment.

I also wish to formally raise the issue of contacts and profiles repeatedly and unilaterally disappearing from my account without explanation. These sudden disappearances of “persons” with whom paid interactions had already taken place constitute a serious alteration of the service, depriving me of access to content for which I have paid, and strongly suggest non-authentic or artificially managed profiles.

I also note that platforms presented as separate entities (such as ZenDate) appear to share the same customer support representatives and operational structure, indicating centralized management under multiple brand names.

In a spirit of amicable resolution and without prejudice to my rights, I formally request:
- the immediate cessation of all automated and unsolicited communications,
- the immediate cessation of unexplained disappearance, deletion, or replacement of contacts and profiles,
- a clear written explanation of these practices,
- and a proposal for fair and proportionate
-restoration of full and unrestricted access to my account and contacts, or a clear explanation if this is refused,
- financial compensation reflecting the duration, scale, and nature of the practices described above.

If no satisfactory response is provided from receipt of this message, I will have no alternative but to submit this matter to the competent French and European consumer protection authorities, including the DGCCRF, as well as to pursue all other appropriate remedies.

I remain open to a constructive and documented discussion, provided it takes place exclusively in writing.

So far I have received more than 80.000 messages from ladies I cannot meet. I wrote to the site asking how to meet a lady and got no reply. One lady has sent over 6.000 messages, two over 4.000, and there are others that also have not yet given up. Several sent more than 2.000 messages before giving up, perhaps realizing this site if a fake. The messages look genuine: they are polite, sensitive, intelligent and persuasive, even moving; they do not look like AI. I have written about 10 messages, and doubt they were received. I have received more than 1.000 messages from ladies to whom I never wrote anything. Why do these ladies write so much to me, when I write so little or nothing. A possible explanation: (i) the site uses my profile to attract ladies; (ii) when they write the site uses a fake correspondent, possibly paid by commission, to encourage more messages at 10 USD apiece; (iii) the over 80.000 messages I received netted over 800.000 USD not a small fraud; (iv) 5the lady who sent over 6.000 messages spent over 60.000 USD. I do not know if the profiles are real, fake or a mixture of both. From the correspondence, these are well educated ladies. If they are as rich as their profiles say (business jets, exotic cars, private islands) money may not be the issue. The issue is moral and sentimental exploitation for money, giving false hopes and feeding deception. Should these ladies be warned of the scam they are victims or would it be a hard shock? This is the outcome of the unscrupulous sentimental manipulation for money of this site.

I was with this site for at least 5 years it's not cheap I chat online with many women and talked to them on the phone. Their customer service was always excellent to deal with if I had a problem. In the end I ended up meeting my wife on this site. She came from China to meet me and I went to China to meet her family. For me this site worked well for me I did not experience the negative reviews the others stated the entire time on this site and leave this site finding my wife

I gave it 1star because there was no option to put ZERO. It is nothing but a scam, fraud, rip-off. Some 90% of so-called women on here are bots, AI and fake. I came across many ads. that showed photos that appeared in other profiles and on other ads. totally alien to the ones viewed. It costs a fortune to reply to emails purporting to be from women interested in you (£10 a time) to read message that simply says ''hello'' Other sites linked to this one are also scams with non-existant women so DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY

The right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing. Where to start. The calls are fake, you never talk to the actual ladies. The gifts are fake also. The ladies are downright ugly. In gifts the company takes photo of lady receiving gift shockingly ladies totally different than their profiles. The profiles are made up. I have spent thousands no more. This site is a waste of time and money. Don't join; it's a scam. You'll be quickly lured in by sweet words, hot pics, and perhaps nice chats. It all goes nowhere. You'll never meet. I met someone and for awhile I thought they were real. I made plans to meet her but she seemed to always have an excuse. I began to ask questions like if she was real. She got upset. So I put her to the test: I asked her to send me a picture of her holding a piece of paper with her name on it. She refused on grounds of privacy. So I called it quits and closed my account.

I joined this site not knowing it is a scam. I found a woman I liked and i found it cost around $10 USD to read each letter and $15 USD to send a letter. if you try to do live chat the site say there is a interperter But in real it is a censor. nothing you type get to the woman. if you try a phone call the site makes you think it is a 30 minute call that Cost $100 USD and you find out it is a 3 minute call. The site makes it nearly impossible to exchange private info. with any girl. Other sites will let you exchange info after a few messeges are sent back and forth but NOT here. Seems AsianDate women tend to take awhile to respond on Live Chat.They send a lot of letters (they write this but say the opposite), some have a free photo, if the person in photo are dressed;it may be the person you selected. They must think we can't tell them apart, I got some photos of gals with longer hair,bigger in specific areas than the selected.(i will let my credits go below 10,click on read,look at photo if there is one).
