Ashley Ann Stirling Scotland designed and oversaw the installation of my bathroom with the aim of making it future proof for my growing sight and mobility needs. It was not an easy job for them. The room is small and based in an old stone house. I am so pleased with the result. Carrie Ann Walsh designed a modern and appropriate shower enclosure I love, and Steve Snedden Joinery expertly overcame multiple insulation difficulties such as repositioning the toilet. I have one small niggle. Ashley Ann tends to concentrate on kitchens in their official documentation such as guarantees and company policies. Bathrooms appear to take a secondary role and take up little space in their showrooms, which is a pity.

Thank you to Ashley Ann at Stirling, especially Tammy, for a stress-free refurbishment of my entire flat, bathroom, kitchen, bedroom, and living room. Everything went smoothly and the finished flat and units look great. Highly recommended. And thanks also to the Paul Harris team of joiners, plumbers, electicians, and decorators who frequently went above and beyond to accommodate my requests.

The quality of the bathroom components is first class. Help in suggesting layout, tiles and best use of space was very good. LGR workmen were excellent. Any problems were quickly and efficiently dealt with.

Second time using Ashley Ann, first time for a kitchen 8 years ago which still looks as new, this time for our bathroom. It’s only a small bathroom but Allyson designed us new layout and the installation was carried out with care with a professional finish. Just what we wanted. Really pleased we went with Ashley Ann in Leek again. The whole set up friendly yet professional and fantastic results.

Repeated visits to fit ,parts missing each visit , appointments cancelled repeatedly.

From early design discussions through to install, Ashley Anne more than met all of our aspirations for our new kitchen. Tammy (Stirling branch), in particular was fantastic throughout the whole process developing a design that really works for us and providing the necessary guidance, support and co-ordination as the project progressed. Nothing was too much trouble and any issues arising (minimal) were dealt with professionally and courteously without delay. Similarly, the build team, led by Steven, were meticulous in every area of their work and it was a pleasure to have them in our home. In our experience, it's rare these days to find the level of service provided to our project by Ashley Anne where you really are treated as a valued customer. Without doubt, the whole experience was made a pleasurable one given the attention to detail provided by Tammy and by Steven during the fit. We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Ashley Anne to anyone considering a similar project.

A well-finished job and detailed as I had envisaged. The work was carried out efficiently by excellent craftsmen. I would certainly recommend them and use them again in the future.

Staff, Christine, Kirsty & Pushpa were friendly & pro-fessional throughout the whole process of choosing, designing, fitting & concluding the new Ashley Ann kitchen. Nothing was too much. All queries were answered & helpful ideas were presented to us.
John, the Fitter dealt with any queries, adaptions and improvements whilst fitting the kitchen. He was attentive, good natured & worked very hard, always leaving our home in a tidy, accessible state. He allayed any worries we had and was trustworthy.
The quality of the product is of a high standard and obviously the cost reflects this. Excellent workman-ship. We are enjoying our bespoke finished kitchen which enhanced our home and know that it is guaranteed for a lifetime for us to enjoy.

The whole process was made easy by the Thurso staff, who guided us through what we would like,then a house visit to measure up. The concept design was way above what we expected and the finished kitchen was beautifully installed by the talented guys. We are so pleased with what we now have.

New kitchen just finished. Used Heidi from North Berwick showroom. Excellent service from Heidi from start to finish and the kitchen is excellent quality. Delighted with it.

The service was excellent from start to finish, initial consultation to completed work. Gemma was immensely helpful and kept in close touch throughout with updates, design ideas and specifications. The kitchen installation went very smoothly and the team were extremely efficient, friendly and helpful and showed great attention to detail. I'm delighted with my new kitchen.

Professional, friendly, reliable and a high standard of workmanship.

It has been a rather emotional experience. We had to change our bathroom into a shower room due to my husband’s progressive illness. Kelly was most helpful and Catriona was always ready with the coffee!
We are happy with the end product but not without a few hiccups along the way.
