The only thing I didn't like was the selfie you have to do you can only do it on there app it's different to stand far enough back to do your photo without help, as the camera on there app front facing ,would be better to be able to upload from gallery

Completely disjointed frustrating experience
These guys really did go out of their way to make my customer journey difficult. Multiple accepted orders and then refusals and refunds, often after one person had said one thing, but not talked to the other. Strong impression of chaos, which isn't a good look for a CQC accredited healthcare organisation. Avoid.
