Don't waste your time with this company
Waited a month for a rug I ordered only for it to arrive faulty, chunks of thread that had just been rolled up to try and conceal gaps and edges that look like they had been cut with a pair of blunt scissors. had a replacement sent which I asked to be checked prior to dispatch, no reply to that request and received a replacement which had a massive random black line threaded all through the rug and also looks like a 5 year old cut it. Now trying to get it returned for a refund which is a painful process, no urgency especially given it was purchased on a credit card so I am being charged interest for a faulty item. Have asked 3 times for detail of the 'quality check' process they reference on their website but they don't seem capable of providing any clarity, just ignore the question. I would save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere
Update following their reply - the only reason I needed to return the replacement was because it was also faulty!! I wanted the rug but it would be impossible to hide a big black line running through the middle and wonky edges. The company also had the audacity to ask me to remove my review for the refund!! Why?? my review is 100% true and that’s what I told them, I then also asked again for details of the quality checks they claim to carry out on their website and guess what… no reply!

We've kept in touch with you. We picked up the faulty rug and sent you a new one, as you asked.
When you wanted to cancel the replacement after it was already sent, we started getting it back. We gave you a full refund once we knew the courier was returning the rug.

Hi Jamie, Sorry to hear about the confusion regarding your return. We made sure to keep you updated with all the necessary information and promptly processed your refund when you returned the item. However, it seems that you have not yet sent back the rug as previously discussed. Despite multiple attempts through calls and emails, we have not received a response from you.
Ordered a Turkish border carpet. Got sent completely the wrong carpet. Wasn't notified or a despatch as I was told I would be and sent by a completely rubbish courier service. Will not exchange/refun

Good quality rug and fast delivery but after-sales is very poor. No reply to my 3 emails to return the item.
EDIT; Good that they replied to the review after a few months but doesn’t help me at all. Still have a rug I don’t need..
