The engineer Craig was very professional
The engineer Craig was brilliant. He kept me informed every step of the way while working through the problem, quickly identified the fault and carried out the repair. He also took before-and-after photos and showed me the signal strengths and kW of power coming through the solar panels, which was really helpful.
Craig put overshoes on as soon as he entered the house and made sure everything was left clean and tidy, taking all redundant parts away with him.
Great job Craig – a job very well done. You are a real credit to A Shade Greener.

A lovely helpful lady
I returned a missed call. After checking who rang, I spoke with Karen, who was very pleasant. She is a credit to "A S G". She had time to chat and answered all my questions. She assured me of the efficiency of my solar panels and forwarded an email to me regarding how I could check daily hiw they were performing as I wasn't sure. All in all a lovely lady and a pleasure to talk to.
