I am blown away by incredible assistance from Shannon! My solicitor let me know one day before completion of my remortgage that we could not proceed without a Deed of Variation from A Shade Greener. I called, Shannon took the call, within the hour I had the draft, within the next hour it had been logged ad LR, within a couple of days it had been registered. Landlord view
I'm a landlord with a BTL property that had solar panels installed by this company before I purchased. Dealing with them and helping tenants deal with them has been really easy. Their responses are timely and clear. Be aware that they don't install pigeon-proofing around their panels so the property owner would need to do that to stop damage.
