Cropped picture. The website didn’t inform me that one of the photos is not going to fit on 4x6 format. Delivery costs too much and no option to pick photos up. Print quality is ok.

Photos came back very dark
Photos came back very dark. Have used many times before and have been fine so very disappointing. Have more photos to print but now worried it will happen again so might have to try somewhere else. Such a shame as so easy to order and arrives really promptly

Poor quality control
The image and quality were fine. However, the cropping was way out. I ended up with a print that had text half off the sheet.
Even to the untrained eye you could see it was wrong but they sent it out anyway.

I was very disappointed with the cushion as the photos were very pale, I contacted customer services who were very good,looked into the problem and explained it was the photos sinking into the fabric when printing,they offered me a voucher for another cushion so reordered and although the brightness of the photos was improved they were still very pale compared with a previous order.
