Never 0rder from this site. You will not get your product SCAM

Ordered via Facebook. Item took 3 months to deliver. It wasn't the correct item.will not issue a full refund.

Do not order from this website. I placed an order and the item never arrived. Tracking stopped moving, and customer support never responded to my messages.
Very disappointing experience and a complete waste of money. I would strongly recommend avoiding this store.

I paid $129 nzd and received the wrong product and then I was offered $7 in compensation and I will allowed to keep the wrong product. I tried to resolve it but all attempts failed including photos of what I should have received and what was delivered. This company already has a very low trust rate and I understand why.

Je reçois le 28/11/2025 après une vingtaine d'échanges avec le service client.
Je reçois un masque simple d'un plastique digne des magasins de costume lowcost.
L'entreprise admet son erreur puis me propose 4$ de compensation sur une prochaine commande (LOL). Je râle puis me propose 8$ re-LOL.
Dernier message qui m'explique que j'ai reçu le bon produit re-re-LOL.
Bref garder votre argent et commandé dans une vraie entreprise. J'ai fais screenshots et photos à disposition, vous verrez comment ils traitent leurs clients. Aux vues des commentaires je vois que je ne suis pas le seul.

There is a reason the name is be concerned, cause you should be if you bought something. The product I received looked nothing like what was promised and was 50cent plastic product that they charged $50 for. Shipping took 6 weeks as well. This website is a complete scam and you should stay away

Ordered a RetroBlast 20000+ Console and it never arrived. I filed a claim with paypal and asbeconcerned provided a fake tracking number from an international shipper. I have video showing the mail man delivering only two Christmas cards to our mailbox the day the supposed package was delivered. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

I would give a minus rating if i could! Ordered a laptop bag. Arrived a month and a half later, folded in half therefor damaged. Also defective as the straps have no holes to be able to install them. Completely useless and a very cheap material! They offered me $20 discount! I had to contact my credit card company to reverse charges. Steer clear of these people.

If I could give a “0” I would! Waited 6 weeks for my Lovevook bag garbage!! The lovevook logo wasn’t even on the bag. It’s cheap knockoff material in an ugly color of brown. The straps are cheap plastic garbage! They kept in contact giving me excuse after excuse. It arrived bent in half. I cannot believe I was scammed by this company!!! Please DO NOT get scammed by this company! Steer clear of anything they sell!

Product has not been received after 4 weeks. No response from support. No phone number to call.

Complete scam, bought a console advertised as R36S, I was eventually sent an X6. Nowhere near the same quality and not at all useful. They overcharged me once it went to PayPal, my purchase was $45 but once at PayPal checkout it had been changed to £45, closer to $56. Please NEVER use this site

They sure trap you with good Facebook advertising and ends up not being the product you expected accordingly. Then get screwed because it’s in Asia and there’s the expensive return while they claim you can return for free only to advice not to because shipping it back cost a lot. Lesson learned don’t buy Facebook Asian products they’re scams

I bought a handheld X6 gaming console which was falsely advertised and after have sent wrong product, the product is also faulty as won’t charge, money back guarantee appears to be lies and not getting much support. Not to be trusted
