As a first time buyer I was apprehensive about the whole process but Latoya was so helpful from the very beginning and provided so much expertise, guidance and advice which really put my mind at ease. Latoya’s customer service is impeccable and she really goes the extra mile. I was kept informed throughout the whole process and she made everything feel so easy for me, although everyone says buying a house is one of the most stressful things you can do it really felt too simple and I couldn’t believe how easy it was, all thanks to Latoya!

During a week of extreme panic in the mortgage market, Jamie responded extremely quickly to arrange a new mortgage.
