What a wonderful experience once I understood exactly how it worked. I originally thought I was just buying the artwork from the artist shown on the site and to find out that it was an artist recreating it, then I was disappointed but still purchased. The working artist was very thoughtful and took pictures of his progress and asked for my thoughts and suggestions. I gave a couple wishes and he came through beautifully. Although it wasn't exactly the same, it was so close and it was actually more special because it was made for me with my involvement. I would definitely purchase another one in the future.

I purchased the painting based on colors, however, when the proof was sent to me for approval, the colors did not match both times. Artismore was apologetic because they couldn't redo the painting to the exact colors. I requested a refund which they honored. I appreciate the customer service that I received.

I love my painting! The artist kept in touch with me as to when the project was completed. I think he should have signed in the back and included a biography of himself. Art is a God given talent that I wish I possessed and truly have an appreciation for. Great website to acquire a real painting and not a print. Thanks again!

The painting is beautiful and was packaged very well but there are a couple of very small pinholes toward the top left.

Very large canvas looks beautiful. Impeccable customer service! I had it framed locally, and before I went I was worried that the quality of the canvas wouldn't support stretching it, so I had to be careful when stretching. But he did it, and it was easy!
