You get what you pay for...

A few months ago I purchased and received a rug from Artiplanto.com. upon receiving my purchase, the rug was not a woven rug as was posted on their website. It would better be described as an image of a rug print, that was transferred onto a carpet/rug type material. It looked and felt cheap, but I was optimistic. Shortly after setting it up in my living room, my dogs ran on the rug and their nails VERY easily scratched the colour and pattern off of the rug. I attempted to post a review on their website and it was not posted. Do not waste your money ordering from this site!

Worst customer service ever!

I received an arrangement (the arrangement was pretty) in a plant pot that was damaged (discolored area, and a cut in the side. I emailed customer service. They said I could keep it and get a new one for a discount. I said I didn’t want to keep the damaged one, I wanted a replacement. The email customer service rep stopped responding to me, even though I emailed her two more times. I then called customer service, and was told to leave a detailed voicemail. I did this and again never heard back. Worst customer service on a highly priced arrangement ever for me.

Ordered and paid for six foot plant …

Ordered and paid for six foot plant received five foot plant. This was back in early November, I immediatly informed company and they replied and told me they would arrange paperwork and pickup. Never heard back from Megan for weeks and weeks. Contacted her again and her response was; "Christmas is coming and I'm only one person, please wait until after Christmas and I will get back to you." I have since tried many, many times to contact them, with no response. l have also called many, many times...no one is ever able to come to the phone...leave a message and we will get back to you. DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR IF YOU ARE THINKING OF ORDERING SOMETHING FROM THEM. THIS SITE IS A TOTAL SCAM!

Total scam!!

Total scam!!
Ordered in Nov 2024 and didnt recieve the rug until Jan 2025 (after pestering them with info and requesting a refund). The rug showed up and it was not the one I ordered. Days of trying to get hold them and nothing. Have now reversed charges with my bank because these guys are a scam! Please see all the reviews that are identical to mine.
I attempted to 'troll' their IG and FB to have someone reach out to me and was blocked. No option to leave google reviews.

Was Ghosted by Customer Service

Artiplanto has asked me to update this review. The day after I posted this, I decided to message them directly on Instagram. The matter was dealt within a day after that, which I appreciated. Not sure if it was the Instagram message or this review that lead to the resolution, but at least I got the refund (minus shipping).
Ordered a rug and it was nothing like the one pictured on the website, plus it came damaged. After some back and forth with “Megan” via email (over the span of weeks), I was told I would get a refund back at the beginning of December. It’s now mid January and I am still chasing them for my money!

**** SCAM ALERT - update

**** SCAM ALERT ****
This company is a total scam. PLEASE listen to what everyone is saying here. We have nothing to gain. They have already stolen our money. The only satisfaction left would be to stop them from scamming anyone else.

BEWARE: They also operate as RUGMEUP but it seems they may have pulled that site down already.

Before ordering, I chatted with a Artiplanto customer service rep asking what the difference was between Artiplanto and Rugmeup. She told me that it was the same product shipping from the same place, just a ‘sister company’ website. She told me that it didn’t make a difference which site I used so I placed an order on the Rugmeup site. After paying for the order, and receiving two order confirmations as well as multiple marketing emails, the website suddenly disappeared, and email links to see the status of my order indicated that the link no longer exists.

Without mentioning Rugmeup, I contacted Artiplanto on their online chat to ask about the status of my order. Once I gave the order number I was told it was a Rugmeup order and I was given their number to call. Of course, that number is not in service and emails to them just bounce back.

Clearly the companies are connected. The rugs were identical, and the addresses listed on both websites was a match. Their staff acknowledged the connection before I ordered, When I tried to followup after the sudden disappearance of their “sister” the sales rep instantly knew the order number I gave was from Rugmeup, and very conveniently had their contact information readily available.

Artiplanto has asked me to remove my review. As a starting point, perhaps they need to explain these shifty business practices.

Ghosted by customer service

I have attempted to get a hold of customer service many times by email. I have also called and left 3 messages. No response. My order was processed on Oct 2/24 and my order still has not been delivered. Not impressed with customer service.

Wrong product, no refund.

I ordered a rug, received the wrong rug and was completely ghosted by customer service as well. No actual employees answer the phone, no refund and stuck with a 300 dollar rug that is not what I ordered. This has been going on since beginning of November and it is mid January now.

Stay away!

Just don’t do it.
I will provide a timeline because I feel as though this company is more concerned about replying to negative reviews rather than actually replying to customer emails.
December 14, 2024 - ordered INSTOCK product (rug) from their website
December 21, 2024 - inquired via email on order status
December 26, 2024 - Megan from artiplanto replies stating they have a delay on the shipping container and that there will be a 1-2 week wait on delivery. She asked if I would like to cancel my order instead
December 26, 2024 - I reply and request to cancel my order
December 26, 2024 - Megan from Artiplanto confirms cancellation, says a refund will be provided in 7-10 business days and a confirmation email will be sent.
January 1, 2025 - I sent two follow up emails, asking for them to send the email confirmation of cancellation and refund
January 7, 2025 - I sent yet another follow up asking for this confirmation and letting them know that if I don’t receive it promptly I will be disputing this charge with my credit card.

As of today January 10th it would have been 10 business days and the refund should have been completed.
I have been ghosted by this “company” like many people. Please please please save your money and buy from a reputable company.

Bad Quality

After 3 times exchanging my 2 rugs , I want a refund . You rug as poor quality and they are fading . The last time that you exchange the carpet on September 27th 2024 , I took a darker carpet thinking that it will solve the problem but no . My 2 rugs that are supposed to be dark grey are almost white after just a few months ! This is not normal and this is poor quality . I paid almost 700$ for 2 rugs ! This is just BAD quality carpet !!!! I want to send them back and get a refund !

I can confirm that it is physically impossible for us to charge you again, as we do not have access to your account details. I have sent proof of the refund for your reference.

Please never order from this company

Please never order from this company. They have no idea what they are doing, terrible customer service. They only take action when threatened with a bad review and credit card charge back. A two month ordeal

The first most annoying issue is your 'Emma' who continued to spam me vs problem solve. I needed to BLOCK you to make it stop! I sent several emails where I requested that you cancel my order and refund same yet the debit remains on my card. Cancel and refund same forthwith.
Many times I called to speak with your customer service representative, left a voicemail, and never heard a word. Less than impressive!

UPDATE: Just wanted to point out that after more than 10 business days the refund has not arrived. Despite the store's response and the ridiculous claim, this is just absurd.

Terrible Customer Service

I ordered a rug and after 5 days had no updates. I sent an em this morning with no response and followed up with the online bot. Nobody replied to my chat until at least 15 minutes. I was told by "Emma" that they only reply after 24 hours to email. I asked why that was not indicated anywhere but just got a snarky response from this person about the 24 hours and not to expect much because it's Christmas! I ended up cancelling my order and from what I've read it seems I made the right decision. Just a heads up... based on my experience don't expect much in the way of customer service. And yes I gave a copy of my convo with this person in case anyone has any doubts.

January 3 2025 update. I've just read Artiplanto's response and needless to say their version of my conversation is different than mine and slanted in their favour. I'm not going to spend time rebutting each of their comments BUT I will state unequivocally I did not state that I thought they were ignoring me. All I wanted was an update on my order and was told that their policy states that they don't reply to emails until 24 hours has elapsed. That's when I said it would be good customer service if they made that clear on their site. If I had known that I wouldn't have started a chat so soon. It's a simple as that. And yes I did cancel my order after the attendant I was speaking to got quite rude.
And to accuse me of trying to damage your business when all I was doing was, like so many other reviewers of other companies, simply stating my personal experience. That comment in itself about me trying to damage your business is uncalled for and unprofessional.

I'm extremely disappointed with the rug…

I'm extremely disappointed with the rug I purchased from Artiplanto. The quality is poor, and the colour has changed drastically since I first received it. Despite sending two emails to the seller, I have yet to receive a response or any attempt to resolve the issue. I would not recommend purchasing from this seller due to their lack of customer service and poor product quality.

My faux plant was delivered in good condition well packaged and on time from altiplano EU. I couldn't believe my eyes when I opened the parcel how real and authentic my bird of paradise looked, I was so pleased with it,I would definitely order again.
