I totally enjoyed working with Dan and his team. They know their stuff, and the final product definitely shows. I had many questions and emails during the process; but no question went unanswered, and I was reassured along the way. Dan listened, got to know me, and the process was very collaborative. He did not try to sell me something that I did not want or did not need. Each piece of the finished wardrobe both fit perfectly AND looked spectacular. All my qualms were put to rest when I saw the quality of everything. I’ve received so many compliments on my new clothes, and proudly point them to Articles of Style. I have already made additional purchases, and have my eye on other pieces. Thanks, Dan and the entire AOS team!

I had a fantastic experience with AOS. Although there were some bumps in the road, Dan and his team worked hard to smooth it all over. Most importantly, the bespoke suits and trousers I ordered fit me perfectly.

I met with Dan in late December 2023. My wardrobe, particularly my formal wear, need an upgrade. Dan and I worked together and created a capsule. The final garments arrived in March and they fit me like a glove. I was shocked. For one, the try on garment I received didn’t fit me at all: the trousers were extremely tight and the jacket was pulling from the back. I was skeptical that the online fitting process would be able to correct all of the mistakes and figured I’d have to go to a tailor again once the final pieces arrived. Not so. Dan and his team identified the problem areas and fixed them.

Overall, I highly recommend AOS. It does take a while to get the final bespoke garments, but the wait is well worth it.

I have watched Dan and the AoS team bootstrap their business from nothing. I have dealt with a number of tailors in NYC and London over the last 20 years. AoS are the best out there at curating classical men’s fashion pieces that can be mixed and matched and will never go out of style. They have a mixture of old school customer service and new school technology that is nonexistent anywhere else. The quality is excellent and the content in their site is top notch. And not least when you go hang with them, they are great guys!

Dan and the team were great. I am a 26-year-old man in a power wheelchair. I have a strange body type and often struggle to find a menswear that is flattering and stylish. For Articles Of Style, that was not an issue. Admittedly, I was sceptical that they would be able to create something right away that might be able to fit me, but to my surprise, I was wrong. It's now the best-fitting suit I own and in my life, I have been to three other custom tailors. I was always a follower and it was validating to have a great experience. Without a doubt, I will return. Not to mention, they were delightful and happy to answer any questions.

I've been an AOS customer for about 5 years now. Some of my all-time favorite pieces--and biggest compliment-getters are AOS, and I have a lot of high-end clothes. My custom silk and cashmere black shacket is amazing. It goes with almost anything, packs so easily for travel, and is the perfect smart casual piece for going out with friends on weekends when a blazer just feels too try-hardy. I also love my overcoat. It somehow looks better with sweats than it does the way it is meant to be worn, with work attire. I wore it almost every day this past winter, and I know it will look great literally decades from now. Maybe even better. The instagram account is great because it literally shows you how to dress, and even which shoes, sunglasses and other details to invest in. If you need a new suit, or would like to start dressing better without trying too hard, AOS is very hard to beat for the price and convenience.

Awesome service. Dan is extremely helpful in curating looks to your style. Bought my bespoke wedding tux and a few ready to wear items and the quality and look is awesome. Any issues, they’re very quick to reply and accommodate. Highly recommend.

The team at AOS produces amazing semi custom and bespoke menswear. I don’t yet have experience with their bespoke products but I plan to soon. The thing that sets them apart from other MTM menswear companies is the ability to hop on a zoom with an expert who can adjust fits from the ready to wear collection. Dan (the owner) was honestly interested in getting to know and me and what my needs and goals were. I know he is there to sell, but he never tried to “sell” me. It was more like talking to a friend of a friend who understands timeless menswear and really wants to help men dress better. The AOS pieces I have purchased so far get lots of compliments and I feel confident and professional but not stuffy or over dressed when I wear them.

Great experience! I felt seen and collaborated with the team to make an amazing capsule wardrobe.

I really enjoy the process at Articles of Style. Dan is very knowledgeable and he really has an eye for what someone needs for their wardrobe. Dan’s ability to build out a very functional capsule is so helpful! The fabrics and build of all of their pieces are amazing. I highly recommend AOS! I’m so thankful to have found them!

The worst experience I've had from start to finish. Would never recommend this company to anyone. Putting on rusted parts is not acceptable.

A supposedly new coat not only has several loose threads, but after I have worn it 3 times it has already started to come undone. A fraud

Funny they say they don’t have any customer under this name when I they even sent me an order by mistake once and they didn’t even apologize for that.

Asking me to send back the item for fixing 6 months after the issues it’s theatre. I already had a reliable seamstress fix the loosing threads which started coming out after wearing my jacket no more than 3 times.

Last year, I spotted a piece that I knew would become a signature staple in my wardrobe. Unfortunately, I had a newborn at home and a hectic work schedule and kept delaying ordering it. When I finally came up for air, it was gone. I spent almost a year regretting it. This year, I anxiously awaited the piece being in the FY23 drop, but it wasn’t. I hit up Dan on IG and he let me know he had a small amount of the fabric from last fall and could make the item for me. He sent me a link and within minutes I had placed my order.

Dan and his whole team are simply outstanding! Always responsive and offering superb suggestions, while remaining truly customer-friendly and approachable. Very satisfied by the entire customer-service experience, but particularly their small-business excellence in anticipating and fulfilling customer wishes.

Lots of cool and interesting features on the garments. Love the breathability and flexibility of my trousers. My favorite of all is the soft Cuban collared polo shirt!

I couldn't be happier with the experience of buying an AOS suit for my wedding. I fell in love with the fabric as soon as I saw it online, and it looked even better in person. It was super easy to upload my measurements, and in just a couple months I had the suit in my hands. After some minor alterations, it was ready to go for the big day. And it was a hit! It looks great in all our pictures. This is absolutely the place to go for an online bespoke suit.
