For the price it does the job! Definitely the Cheapest you’ll get staying in Cardiff especially on New Year’s Eve. Room was nice comfy bed so as long as you don’t mind a 20 minute walk to town and sharing bathroom and kitchen it’s perfectly adequate!

It is a very lovely place to stay. Very clean and well kept. Not far from the city centre. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful clean flat with fridge and well equiped kitchen, conveinient accommodation for 8 adults in double rooms. Close to the city centre, walking distance. Clear instruction and quick response with any communication. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you.

I like the honesty of saying that we’re short staffed at times because that helped me to be more patient with the process. I’ll be honest the process felt like a bit of a drag but once you see the room your mind is excited. Thank you for engaging to make the contract work. I’m yet to see the other benefits as well

Great place to stay for a night in Cardiff, 25 minute walk to the Motorpoint arena.
Clean and well kept rooms. We were able to check in early which was great

The space was comfortable, cozy, and just like the pictures. I would recommend staying here if looking to be just outside of Cardiff City Center but close enough to walk there.

Brilliant place and very well looked after

Nightmare! Wrong description on Booking. The deposit for the accommodation is not "collected" but has to be transferred to their account, which I did dutifully. Hasan was quick to push for the 200 GBP deposit - weeks before they deposit was due or before they had even sent any payment instructions. It took me several e-mails to receive their payment instructions. For the refund, they suddenly make up their own rules now. Guests must have a WISE account for the refund! This has never been communicated beforehand and is not part of the contract via Booking. Also, they wanted to trade a discount on the next stay in turn for a good feedback. No! Not with this mess!
