Scam. product advertised as cashmere was made of cheap scratchy polyester. Sizing was wrong. Neckline impossibly tight. it was totally unlike the advertised picture. No labelling, no washing instructions. Tried to return it but they asked for a photo then said it looked to be the right size. So much for a money back guarantee. Don't shop here!

Wrong size. Poor quality. Not fit for purpose.
And the cost to return an item to China is around 50% of the cost of the item.

This Arthur-Sydney is also operating under several aliases - taylor-sydney : davidwellingtonnz gemlibourne : and I also found the same clothes on shopify - smithandco-london...what scammers! I realised something was off when the 'immediate shipment' email came in and emailed back to cancel with the uze reply of 'no cancellation' which is not usual business practice. Understanding the nature of this deceit, I contacted my credit card company and have been refunded immediately, while the goods are still in transit! If they do turn up, it will be me stating to them, if you want your goods back, send a post free return label, and by the way, you'll be responsible for any taxes and duties or damage from shipping..I am relishing the moment!

Impossible to get a refund despite a money back guarantee. Lina I suspect is an AlL (Artificial low Intelligence) algorithm not real.

Much like all the reviews, the products advertised do not match the delivered purchased items. I brought an advertised 'cashmere sweater, but got a cheap polyester sweater with no label. My efforts to return and get a refund have been meet with a barrage of lengthy emails (24 and still counting) offering me further discounts to purchase more products or to pay for the shipping of the returned item which will be handled by them (and may be damaged in the process- their words). My gosh what a pickle! Clearly l have lost $80. But I'm still trying to get my money back. Good luck with that!

From its name and website wording (We built our boutique to be more than just a store; we aimed to create a welcoming space for our community here in Australia) you would expect it to operate from Sydney. They claim ‘closing sale up to 80% off’ with a distinguished looking ‘owner’ couple on the website.

Once I ordered the heavily reduced cashmere cardigan approx $300 marked down to $80 alarm bells started to sound. The marketing creates the perception that:
1.It ships free within Australia
2. that it ships to you quickly ‘ships within 24hours’.
After receiving some tracking emails I then realised it was being shipped direct from China. It took 10 days.
The quality of the item was terrible. The size the material(wool?) the finish. So I turned to the “ MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE!
We love our products and we're sure you will too! That's why we offer a 30-day risk-free trial period. If you don't like our products, we'll give you your money back.”.
The first response:

“Please note that if you prefer a full refund, as previously mentioned, the item would need to be returned to our warehouse in China at your own cost. However, we want to remind you that return shipping costs can be quite high, and there is also a risk that the items may be damaged or lost during the return process. It is your responsibility to ensure that the items are returned in their original condition.”

After many many emails they offered 15/25/35% back after some negotiations. I received $25 back. So buyer BEWARE. Bad quality and extremely difficult money back guarantee.

At the time we ordered some material jackets they seemed 100% genuine...Viz Closing down sale etc'.'
The jackets, on eventual delivery, are totally inferior to the description and misleading photos on-line.
We should have been alerted when our bank called us and suggested it was a scam provider when we booked the cost up to our credit card and actually stopped payment. We ignored this warning and paid on line again...please be warned the products are inferior and not the quality you would expect.

I ordered a jacket from their website which was described as being made from "genuine leather". Alarm bells started when PayPal reported my payment to an overseas company with a Chinese name, and when the jacket was delivered my fears were confirmed. It is made from 100% synthetic material, probably vinyl.

I contacted their Customer Service "team" and exchanged a few emails with Emma. Despite my pointing out that they had deliberately misrepresented their product, they did not offer me the opportunity for a return & refund.

I would advise avoiding this company.
