I haven’t yet unboxed or assembled my wall bed, so this review is based on my experience with Arthauss so far.

The customer service has been second to none. The team have been incredibly helpful, responsive and professional throughout, answering my questions promptly and going out of their way to help.

They also helped arrange delivery through a third-party courier, which made the whole process very straightforward.

The bed has arrived safely, and based on my experience so far, I would have no hesitation recommending Arthauss. I’ll update my review once I’ve installed the bed, but the customer service has been exceptional.

Dealing with Arthauss Furniture was a joy from start to finish.
Ordering was very straightforward and delivery was prompt. The delivery guys were friendly and courteous and delivered the murphy bed to exactly where we needed it.
We’ve read on some reviews that people found the instructions difficult to follow, well I’ve found through life that preparation is key and that’s the case here, by reading the instructions from start to finish everything fell into place. I am 77 and my wife is 75 and we put the bed together completely in about 8 hours, agreed there was one or two frustrating moments but generally straightforward and the finished product looks great.
I would definitely recommend Arthauss Furniture to everyone.

The finished cupboard is very elegant and fits perfectly in the alcove space I needed it to go in.

The assembly time is 90 min but that assumes you can understand the instructions. I think the illustrations need to be larger and the components (screws etc) more clearly segregated. It's easy to figure it all out, but it pushes the assembly time beyond the 90 min window.

The purchase and delivery advice and the actual delivery was sublime by the way....

All in all very happy with the cabinet.

Very well packed BUT the hardware needs to be labelled. I spent far too long checking and double checking that I had the correct bolt or nut - which even with that I wasn’t completely sure was correct so made it a unnecessarily stressful process
Things fitted together well and seem very well made - but the picture instructions needed some further clarifications
So I’m very pleased with the end result thank you but the journey there was a worry and hassle

If you are wondering whether the products and prices are too good to be true, I've been there! I didn't months looking for a telescoping table that can be tiny for 2 portions and big enough to fit 8 people. When I thought it doesn't exists I came across Arthauss furniture. The table looked great but as it was a third of the (very over priced) alternative, I was skeptical. It was on a long lead time, and there has been another week of delay, but I have been kept up to date by a genuine human rather than automated emails. The delivery was accurate to the minute of what was sent me, and once assembled our table looks fantastic!!! Now I will admit we had a manufacturing defect with the extended section, but once again a human replied to my email and have sorted out replacement piece promptly. Sunshine it tells more about a company how they hand handle issues, rather than just a single delivery and Arthauss (Hubert and Kris) were so helpful!!! We now have a beautiful and super versatile table and I couldn't be happier. Thanks a million I'll be keeping an eye on the website for future furniture purchases!!

The bed was very hard to build. The cams were located on the underside of the build and this required the bed to be turned to lock them. During the turning process, the bed collapsed and ripped out all the cams. It was fixable with glue and dowels held under ratchet straps but shouldn’t have happened in the first place.

The cabinets I bought are very solid, nice and stable. I am happy.:)

1st time buying from Arthauss Furniture, didn't know what to expect so I was immediately impressed by their website especially a google map showing where they are based so you have confidence this company is established. The sliding wardrobe I bought was the best price on the internet. The price was ££s cheaper than the nearest rival. The communication was 1st class. Timely and succinct, managed my expectation to my satisfaction. The courier they used was equally professional, again great communications. Delivery was hassle free, the driver turned up within the timeframe and helped moving the boxes into the house. He checked the mirror sliding door in front of me to confirm the mirror was not damaged. The packaging was solidly packed. The actual wardrobe was excellently made; all parts fitted perfectly. The cuts were sharp and lamination was fautless. The assembly instructions were straightforward and diagrams clearly shown. All in all I am very pleased with my purchase with Arthauss. Will definately do business with them again.

AVOID AVOID AVOID! Bought double murphy wall bed via eBay. Unacknowledged communication regarding delivery. Quickly discovered part with holes drilled in wrong place. Took 7 weeks to arrive. Accepted £15 refund. 2 subsequent misdrilled parts and one that snapped which we fixed ourselves as not willing to wait again. Terrible instructions. Gave up at step 32. Hired a professional to complete the build who had to add extra screws to hold some pieces in place. It took him 5 hours and cost us nearly £400. Orded in January but due to some personal issues on top of the problems with the build only completed today

I'd never heard of Arthauss Furniture but decided to ask Google AI for suggestions on a 3 door mirrored wardrobe with shelves and rails to my required measurements. This came up as the first recommendation and fitted what we were looking for exactly. Having been delivered by extremely helpful drivers as it was so heavy, I was immediately impressed with the quality of the finish and the weight of the product. Once fitted it looks absolutely beautiful and I would highly recommend Arthauss to anyone looking to make and online furniture purchase.
