Super helpful and gorgeous item.
Super helpful as I had a weird issue with postage after moving house. They replied to my e mail super quickly and helped me sort out an easy solution. All that assistance before the item arrived.
When it did I was utterly thrilled. The colour is vibrant, the fabric is not flimsy and hangs beautifully and the embroidery is so intricate. I absolutely adore it. I had high expectations and they were exceeded. I will definitely buy from this company again. And a huge thank you!

Customer Service was good

Both items have been returned, Royal Mail will probably take an age to deliver back!

Quick delivery and beautiful products. I ordered two kimonos both perfect. The free scarf was also extremely welcome and lovely. I will be wearing them all frequently and obviously will be ordering more!

Fantastic kimonos
The kimonos were shipped very quickly and I was thrilled with my order.
The colors and the embroidery are simply wonderful.
But now my girlfriend is very sad because unfortunately my kimonos don't fit her; she would be very happy if you perhaps offered larger sizes, maybe up to size 24.
