The paintings were perfect
The paintings were perfect; the artist made a few minor adjustments to one piece as requested. They use DHL to ship from Hong Kong and they were terrible not meeting one delivery date and ended up delivering the two paintings on different days!

In person, paintings are much more beautiful. Packaged well for a safe arrival. Communication with their support representative was amazing. I would recommend Art By Montfort to anyone looking to re-decorate their home.

Honestly, I was really sceptical ordering art online, I love to see and feel the texture before i invest my money in it. I fell in love with the piece named Swirls i saw at a facebook ad. The piece looks amazing in real life. The pictures doesnt do its justice.

I believe all these reviews are fake. I bought the painting discussions and I was under the impression that the painting would come from the US but it came from CHINA with cheap framing.
I asked their support to return the painting and at first they told me that it was not possible. I didn’t accept that and now they are telling me that I can return the painting but I HAVE TO PAY THE SHIPPING FEES MYSELF.
The shipping costs are more than I bought the painting for. BEWARE THEY ARE A SCAM. GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY.

However, our refund policy does state that customers are responsible for return shipping costs. In this case the return shipping costs are approximately one fifth of the price of your entire order.
