The teachers are amazing and are so good with the kids!
She is not very academic at all but very creative, Art-k have encouraged her with her passion and she has gained a lot more confidence!
She has also brought home some beautiful art that is pride of place on our wall!

School holiday sessions
This is the second holiday session I’ve booked for my 9 year old daughter, she’s has come along with her cousin. Both girls absolutely love it and come away with the most imaginative creations. We felt completely at ease leaving the girls for their session and the instructor was so warm and friendly. The girls keep asking when they can do the next one! See you again soon I expect 😊

Wonderful, wholesome way to spend a day!
My three children, aged 8, 10 and 12, attended various sessions during the Christmas school holidays, and have had the most wonderful experience. They’ve learnt new skills and techniques, produced some truly beautiful art, grown in confidence, and all came out smiling. Everyone has been so kind and patient with them all, and I would certainly recommend Art-K Maidstone.

An oasis in my week
Very friendly individual tuition. An oasis in my week, Tutors always encouraging. Great not to have to take brushes or paints. All equipment is there, even a cup of tea provided.

Sip and Paint
It was so nice to have a social evening painting - with a nice glass of wine - accompanied by an excellent play list. Definitely recommend and would love to attend another one soon

We had the most amazing experience celebrating Hannah's 13th birthday at Art-K Maidstone yesterday.
From start to finish everything was beautifully organised and so much fun. The studio was buzzing with creativity and all the activities were perfectly suited for the age group.
Everyone left with smiles and brilliant artwork!
A huge thank you to Corinne and the whole Art-K team for making the day so special. You created a welcoming, inspiring atmosphere and made Hannah feel truly celebrated.
I would highly recommend Art-K for anyone looking for a unique and memorable birthday experience.

Super 7th Party
My son had a wonderful 7th birthday party at Art- K in Maidstone. The team organized the running of the party really well and everything went smoothly! I was surprised at the amazing quality art work the children produced - they were all so excited to use paint !! We will definitely be back for more arty experiences

A personalised approach for your child.
Our daughter continues to thrive and we truly appreciate the 1:1 tuition and small group classes that allow time for her to learn new skills, adapting her personal projects that are really supporting her as she moves towards her GCSE in art.

We recently used Art-K in Maidstone in the summer holidays. We used it last year and they loved it but this year was a different story.
I have two very quiet children who are twins, they wanted to sit together but were told where/who they had to sit next to (they’re not at school). On both days they attended they said they had done the same art as the day before so I think they were a little bored. Which for the price is very disappointing.

Thanks for coming back to art-K this summer.
We’re sorry to hear that the projects they chose didn’t work out. There are always a number of watercolour, acrylic, mixed media, and clay options available every week. As we have many children come for multiple days and weeks, we provide a wide range of projects to keep them entertained.
We carefully prepare seating plans to provide a balance between sitting with friends/ relatives and the opportunity to make new friends. On these days, they were sitting opposite each other but among other children of their own age. We do try to take every opportunity to enable a social side to workshop - that children remain in control of taking up or not.
If you have a preference for seating plans- please let us know in advance- and we welcome any feedback after the first day to which we will respond - because we’re very keen to work with parents to get real value from the experience.

My daughter loves her sessions and looks forward to them every week. She feels wholly confident to be herself and express her personality through her art due to the care of the ArtK team. Can’t recommend it enough.

Fabulous creative space for all ages
My daughter loves going to Art-K in the holidays and also had a party there as she enjoys it so much! The staff are fabulous, so patient and really encouraging. We have tried the family workshop too, which was fantastic. It was a great experience and such a calm and creative space. Cannot recommend it highly enough!

This is the best time in my week
This is the best time in my week. I can be creative with no judgement. The tutor is knowledgeable and supportive and the other attendees just make it a delight to attend. I am now on my 3rd term and I can’t image stopping.
