Bought a car off Matthew for my mam, the car was ideal for her needs. Matthew took the car off sale with a deposit and everything was done for my mam in a timely manner, car was well presented on the pick up day and everything that was promised to be done was. I will certainly buy from this garage again.

I just want to thank Matt and Ryan who were both extremely helpful in a very smooth and easy purchase. I have been after an RS5 for the past 6 months and this one ticked all the boxes. They were both very easy to deal with, friendly and not pushy. I would have no hesitation to buy another car from them.

Absolutely first class service from this excellent dealer. I was really impressed with the ease of the purchase and viewing the car. Matthew even call me a few days later to see how I was getting on with the car which I only expected with main stream dealers, so well done. Matthew provided me with a video of the car (without having to ask) that gave me the full confidence I was making a good purchase. They arranged to collect me from the train station (again without having to ask), I travelled up from Reading to purchase this car, but the level of confidence and the service from the dealer gave me the confidence this was worth it. This is my second car from Ryan and Matt, I set them a task in finding a certain car, a Citroen C4 Grand Picasso and they came up trumps!!! They even collected it from quite a distance. Bought a lovely Renault Mégane from Arrow Motors and I found the sales experience no hassle. Ryan was went out his way to make sure that the car was spot on even after sale. He even put 2 new tyres on and sorted the Aircon. So I would highly recommend and will buy again!

Great car sales service, Ryan made the experience easy and stress free, the car I found being a Golf GTD and having just arrived and unprepared, I was given a 30 minutes test drive WOW, deposit was left and any small issues I noticed on first viewing we're resolved before officially purchasing, the wheels needed refurbing and he even asked me what colour I wanted them, fabulous service at arrow motors.

We recently bought a Hyundai ix20 from Arrow Motor Company. Having dealt with Main Dealers most of our lives we were a little sceptical buying from Arrow. Our worries were unfounded as we found the service we got from Ryan exemplary so much better than Main Dealers.

We purchased our new car from arrow motor company and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience from start to finish! Thanks to Ryan for showing us around the car and letting us take it for a test drive even letting us put the baby seat in to make sure it fits and so we could take our little boy on the test drive and thanks to Matthew for the handover on the day we picked the car up.
