Getting a return call on my request was difficult ... I had to call several times to talk with anyone and the cost to temporally remove and restore the stairlift was outrageous to be able to move a washer upstairs

Chair and Vertical Lifts
Arrow Lift did what they said they would do in the installation of both a chair lift and a vertical lift in our house. This in spite of the fact that the installations were difficult and challenging. The follow up to make sure the system performed as intended was effective, resulting in good performance of both units. The process was particularly effective because the owner spent time understanding and properly preparing for the installation, especially in the case of the vertical lift. Attention to this detail is highly recommended. But the help of the Arrow Lift personnel made this task successful. Follow up maintenance has been very effective.
