Brilliant well established company
Brilliant well established company I have used for many years. Highly recommended. Very quick, well packed deliveries, Their site features in-depth, well researched product information with lots of recipes. Aromantic staff are quick to sort out and solve any problems.
The Formula Botanica Masterclass they advertised was excellent. It was well presented and very easy to follow.

Great Company, great products
Great products, packed very well however delivery time was longer than expected. Overall though, the company performs well and all products delivered were exactly as expected - a great company to deal with, just a little perceived delay made the difference between 4 and 5 stars.

Thank you for your review and for your kind words about our products. We’re sorry to hear that the delivery time felt longer than expected. After looking into the timeline, we can confirm that your order was placed on the evening of Saturday the 24th. Although we don’t normally process orders over the weekend, we made an exception due to the bank holiday and processed it on Sunday the 25th. You would have received a dispatch notification then, but due to the bank holiday, Royal Mail did not pick up the parcel until Tuesday the 27th, and it was delivered on Wednesday the 28th.
We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused by the delay and appreciate your understanding of the circumstances. We’re always working to improve and hope to serve you again soon!

Good service & excellent ingredients
I buy my Active Ingredients,hard to find Oils & preservatives from Aromantics. Very pleased with their products especially Active Ingredients and their speedy delivery!
I would like to see more Active Ingredients in the future if possible. That be great.
The only negative is their pricing for Active Ingredients! Quite steep for very small amount. I would have given 5 stars had the price been more competitive but quality of ingredients are great. I appreciate that they provide expiring dates on their ingredients!

The efficiency with which you dispatch items, the swiftness of communication and quality of the item. It is helpful for a tiny business like mine to get the special offers as my budget is so small! I do get disappointed when the ingredients are out of stock as that can be stressful when my stock is low.

This company is an absolute rip off
This company is an absolute rip off. They have been ripping of their customers for years don’t know how they have stayed in business.
Here is an example … tried to purchase two ingredients both on sale the total for both items was £4.06. However by the time u get to checkout the final cost was £10.50. How does this company get away with such daylight robbery. Bought from them a while back and was angered by the same issue. It seems nothing has changed. My advice find another store that doesn’t try to rip you off

VAT: Our prices are displayed both exclusive and inclusive of VAT on each product page for transparency. However, the cart total is shown exclusive of VAT until you reach the checkout, where the VAT is added. This practice is common for companies serving many business customers.
Postage: We understand the importance of reliable delivery services. This is why we use Royal Mail for our smaller shipments. Although it can be more expensive, we find it ensures that 99%+ of our customers receive their parcels promptly and reliably. We actually undercharge for this service to keep costs manageable for our customers. We have consciously chosen not to use Evri due to the unreliable experiences, such as the one you described in your review about them on Trustpilot.
Shipping Protection Insurance: We offer optional shipping protection starting at £0.75. This ensures that if a parcel goes missing, we can send a replacement immediately without waiting for the courier’s investigation. This option is available to provide peace of mind for our customers.
Business Longevity: We believe our continued success is due to the value and service we provide, as evidenced by the many positive reviews from our satisfied customers. We strive to improve and adapt based on all feedback we receive.
Additionally, we attempted to get further details from you via Trustpilot so we could investigate your concerns thoroughly, but unfortunately, we did not receive a response. A wide range of good quality products…
A wide range of good quality products all with detailed information and direction on how to use them. I love the recipes available and have already tried a few. The best thing though by far is the excellent customer service they provide. I've called several times now when I needed some advice or a recommendation and have found them to be very helpful. It's nice dealing with people who are both knowledgeable and who care about their customers.

Aromantic has been a great inspiration for the creation of many products, they always know what is new and is the best place to purchase thing in smaller ammounts when formulating. My brand has grown but I still regulary go back to Aromantic for a few things and to see what they are up to. The speed of service is also excellent!
