Fraud and Cheap company..Took my order of Rs 399 for a Light show piece on 11 January 2026,and no delivery or order tracking till now..Money gets deducted and they give you a order id which is never traceable and after some time another message comes from shiprocket that you order is cancelled,any money deducted would be sent in 3-4 working days..All fake,their numbers and everything..Facebook ,Shopify ,Shiprocket all are the same.. In Shiprocket you your order is shown as Archived...Its all fake..Beware and report it to police and authority concerned ..Bastards ...

I think it's a fake one, I ordered 20 days back but I haven't received my parcel. They are looting money. Don't visit his website.

I paid rs 399/ on Dec 29.And they never delivered. Is there a way to contact my bank for frsud and reversal. Please assist.

This is fake company looting the money. I have ordered a product 10 days ago yet there has been no details on the shipment yet. The support email they have provided is intended not to receive any incoming mails. Felt cheated. The person running this company should be put behind bars for cheating and looting the people's money

True. It is a fraud company as they didnot deliver my order so far nor they communicate. Please make arrangements with facebook authorities or govt to book such companies. FB is also partially responsible for promoting such fraud advertisements with out any verification.

I am writing to formally complain about my order AM 9022628.

It has been more than 20 days, and I have not received my order. There is no tracking information available, and I am unable to track the shipment on Shiprocket. Despite multiple attempts, there has been no proper response from customer service.

This lack of communication and failure to deliver the order is unacceptable. I have already made the payment and currently have neither the product nor any valid tracking details.

I request the following on priority:

Immediate update with valid tracking details OR

Full refund of the amount paid if the order cannot be delivered.

If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will be forced to escalate this matter through the National Consumer Helpline and Consumer Court.

Please treat this as urgent.

Facebook is responsible for this scam. Lakhs of people are scammed by this site promoted by Facebook. I ordered a pen that copies your writing digitally. I waited. The product never came. I mailed them to find out that their inbox is not receiving any mail. They don't have a number. FB itself is becoming a scam.

Beware of such cheap fraudsters, they will publish cheap prices on website to attract customers, there is no COD available which means you have to pay in advance before article come to you. Now, they will not send you anything and even if they will then it will be some loaf of wood in the box and your money is gone...advice to you...if you have any doubt about a site like this, check out google and it will do the job for you to provide you how genuine the site is.
