Ordered a dress, did not receive anything, and they won’t give me a refund. Reading the reviews here, I don’t understand how they are still allowed to scam people like this.

This is a terrible company. I think maybe a scam. Took my order and money on April 20th. Today is June 25th-no clothes, no refund, many excuses. No satisfactory response to my numerous emails. Supposedly package sat in distribution center after being cleared from may 9th to June 12th then returned to shipper. Emailed company that I wanted a refund. They said oh was lost in shipping. We sent another package so can’t give you a refund. I have reported them to my credit card company and hopefully they will refund my payment and try to get it from Armiea. They are a China based company. Has scam written all over it. DONT BUY FROM THEM!!!

The dress I received is completely different from the one shown on the website (material, cut, details). The quality is mediocre, and customer service refuses the return on the grounds that the pattern is invalid. Very disappointing. I would not recommend this site.

I wish I could give this company 0 stars! First of all, they seem to specialize in fraudulent advertisement. They list dresses as satin and send polyester dresses instead. They charged me for 4 dresses and shipped 3. The dresses are total garbage not worth more than $5 but they charge upwards of $50. The dresses are completely see-through. Can’t wear out in public unless you want the effect of walking around nude. To top it all off, they have a return policy that they don’t honor. 100% theft and deception! Stay away from this company at all cost!

It’s a scam. Clothes and made and shipped from China. Quality is very bad and their customer service is horrible.

No star if that was an option. The sizes are not true, then they ship the order separately and when you ask to cancel the order it gets ignored with quicktexts that they are working on your order… no refunds at all, return policy is also not true to what they tell you once you email them. I got blocked at some point. On instagram I contacted them again but again only lousy quicktexts that say nothing at all. They take your money and that’s it. They are literally fraudsters and I hope the website and their whole company goes down sooner or later.

Read the reviews and do not use them!
Bought two dresses. One was terrible fabric, cheap and badly made.
Won’t refund it even though it hasn’t been worn.
The other dress I ordered was apparently out of stock and I had to chase so many times before I was told that and now I can’t get a refund from them.
They are impossible to communicate with, do not waste your money.
I’ve never reviewed online like this before but I am so frustrated.

I bought an item with a express shipping and it has been a week and the product hasn’t even processed/shipped. Contacted customer service, no answer this company took my money. This company is a scam

I had a horrible experience with Armiea and will never shop here again. I requested a refund for a delayed item before it arrived, but they ignored me for over a month, then shipped it anyway just so they could say I was no longer eligible for a refund. Completely manipulative and dishonest.

Their "customer service" is just copy-paste responses that dodge responsibility. They offered me $5 instead of a proper refund for an item that was clearly their mistake.

Worse still, the quality of the clothes is terrible. The items look nothing like the photos — which I now believe are stolen from other websites. One dress I got was black and white, but after just one cold wash at 30°C (as the label said), it turned black and grey. That’s not just poor quality — it’s unacceptable.

Avoid this store at all costs. It’s not worth your time, money, or sanity.

I rarely write reviews, but I feel like i should warn others about my experience with ARMIEA. I ordered a pair of pants that looked great on their website, but what I received was a completely different story. One pant leg was way shorter than the other, the zipper was broken, and the stitching was already unraveling. It was clearly a defective garment.

When I reached out to their customer service, hoping for a refund, I was told that I would need to pay out of pocket around $40 to ship the item back to China. This seems extremely unfair, especially considering the product was faulty to begin with. They refused to offer a refund, replacement, or even partial compensation. The replies I received felt automated and impersonal, making the whole process even more frustrating.

The clothing I received looked nothing like the photos online. I strongly suspect that the images they use are either heavily edited or maybe even taken from other designers altogether. What you see is definitely not what you get.

All in all, I would strongly discourage anyone from shopping with ARMIEA. The quality is bad, and the company takes no responsibility for defective products. It is a big scam! Don't waste your money.

AVOID!!! It’s a scam! First time I got scammed and realise many Indians or whoever have made these Shopify stores using other store products and sell counterfeits or simply scam you. I never received an item and their customer service is not even answering. Ordered item for 70€ and it’s been over a month haven’t received it. Now started to look into it- no posts on IG have comments it’s because their either don’t allow or delete them because it’s not just “bad quality” as some night write here but it’s not what you buy. They keep the money and send you cheep stuff from China that looks similar.

The worst customer experience, material is nothing like the website and I’m having to go back and forth just to get a refund I have to return.

Took over a month to come, when it did come, the material it’s utterly disgusting (worse than Shein). The colours are completely off and the top just doesn’t even look right. I’m currently in the middle of a back and forth conversation about returning the item, although they have responded saying they don’t accept returns if it’s down to ‘individual preference’, which is hilarious because I think most people expect quality when you pay £50 for something. DO NOT BUY THEY ARE A MASSIVE SCAM

Worst customer service ever, they don’t give you any of your purchase info to process a return and aren’t interested in helping you. Very poor English and have avoided all customer service requirements.

No order confirmation was sent literally no invoice record of purchase whatsoever, so there’s no way to return items when you realise they are of such poor quality! When you contact the company they aren’t willing to help in anyway or send you your information to process.

They are effectively stealing from people under false pretences. BEWARE AND STAY AWAY
