Great service! Super quick!

As my phone screen was misbehaving I went into Armafone at Sainsburys Springfield Chelmsford Essex to ask their advice. Bradley was very knowledgeable and helpful in his advice and I decided that it was time my phone was replaced. In a low key way he sold me a refurbished Samsung phone to replace my existing one. He then organised all the data transfer and talked me through the details. I went away and he called my husband when all the transfers done and I returned to collect it.
I was happy to be buying refurb as I do not need the latest version and I got a fabulous phone at a competitive price.
I returned the next day with a query about the set up of my emails and Luke the manager was very helpful and guided me to the solution. So I will be back to use them again when I have any queries re my phone.

The side button (ring, vibrant and silent) on my One plus eight phone wasn't working properly. Armfone fixed it for me very quickly. The staff (sorry didn't ask for his name) was very polite, friendly and professional. Many thanks. I definitely recommend armfone

What a fantastic guys' Mark and Neil are at the Ipswich store. They helped sort out my mothers "museum" worthy mobile phone, which we could no longer load Pay as you go vouchers on. It turns out that the number had been disconnected as it had not been used for a while.
These guys' sorted out an up to date like for like phone which was very user friendly for the mature user. Also, they were able to load the top up voucher which was good news. All in all my mother very pleased with this purchase. So many thanks to you guys' for excellent friendly knowledge and customer service.

I was an experiencing great difficulty in sending emails, which were stuck in my outbox. Luke was extremely helpful - and patient - in sorting out the problem with me.
