Neil gave fantastic service

I visited ArmaFone in Stanway Colchester as my daughter’s phone had a fault which turned out to be the screen. The diagnostic test and subsequent repair took place very quickly and I was kept updated throughout. I found the repair cost very reasonable as well.
Kelsey dealt with the repair and was an excellent colleague. Very helpful, courteous and thorough.
I highly recommend ArmaFone and would definitely return for any future mobile phone needs, thank you.

Brand New Phone arrived Friday, Dropped it on the Very Next Day (Saturday) & Smashed Screen to pieces :(
Contacted Armafone on the Sunday and got immediate reply they had received my message & would get back to me.
Monday (Bank Holiday) Millie called me back and was really helpful, telling me about the services provided, costs, etc. Because I needed the At Home Service, Millie promised me a call back the Next Day. Tuesday spoke with Bernadette and she also was brilliant and super efficient. I needed someone to come to me and only had 2 spare days off work. Bernadette managed to re-arrange some calls to facilitate my request which was so very good of her. Wednesday as promised Mark arrived at the scheduled time, called me to tell me exactly when he would be with me. Mark replaced my Phone Screen very quickly and the results are absolutely Amazing. Mark had also done all the checks to make sure the phone was fully working and showed me. The phone is like New again and working brilliantly. I cannot express how super polite, super helpful and super efficient they ALL were for my experience with ArmaFone and my broken Phone. 10/10 I would definitely Recommend them to anyone who has a Smashed/Broken Phone Screen. The welcome I received from the two female staff, on Thursday 27th May 2025, was outstanding!!
Their professionalism was second to none.
The purchase of my Samsung A16 mobile phone was made ssssso easy!
Their offer to transfer all the info from my old phone was extremely useful and was completed in no time at all.
Thus, if I could have given them 10 Stars, they would have deserved them.
