I received the item and wanted to return it. Radio silence. I have sent several emails and nothing. No reply at all. I even requested the return when they sent me an automated review form asking how my experience was. No response from them. Now I am stuck with a product I don't want.

I chose this retailer over ordering directly from Woolino because of the faster shipping. I’ve purchased from Woolino before, so I was surprised when both sleep sacks arrived in boxes that appeared to have been opened and re-taped, with the products inside generic plastic bags. I contacted the retailer immediately before using the items, but my return request was denied. I was especially disappointed that my questions about the packaging were never directly answered. Based on my experience, I would not purchase from this store again.
Update: this seller is claming i did not provide pictures of the said package with the tape witch i did and i sent those same images to woolino and they replied that THEY ARE NOT AN AUTHORIZED SELLER AND THAT IT APPEARED THE SLEEP SACKS HAD BEEN USED!!! BEWARE!!!!!

The merchandise supplied for this order was verified as new merchandise, not used or open-box products. During our correspondence, you also acknowledged that the packaging condition itself does not establish that either product had previously been worn or used.
You stated that both boxes visibly appeared to have already been opened and re-taped upon arrival, and that this packaging condition is the reason you are now not comfortable keeping the products. However, despite stating that this condition was apparent upon receipt, you proceeded to open both packages without first documenting the alleged condition or contacting us regarding the packaging. No photographs showing the boxes in their original condition as received, before you opened them, were provided to us.
After both packages had been opened, you then requested to return both products based on the same packaging condition that you stated had been visible before you opened them. No evidence establishing that either product had previously been worn or used was provided, and you confirmed that both products remained unused, unworn, and unwashed.
Your return request was then reviewed under the Return & Refund Policy applicable to your order. The policy specifically includes bedding within its non-returnable provisions, and the products purchased fall within that product category. The return request was therefore denied in accordance with the applicable policy.
We respectfully disagree with the statement that your questions regarding the packaging were never directly addressed. Your concerns were reviewed and responded to during our correspondence, the merchandise condition was verified as new, and your return request was separately reviewed under the applicable Return & Refund Policy.
We believe a public review should fairly reflect the complete circumstances of a transaction. We understand that you are disappointed with the outcome, but we stand by our review of the merchandise condition and the application of the Return & Refund Policy applicable to this order.
I placed an order on May 26 and my payment was fully processed. The company repeatedly stated that the item would ship soon, but I never received a tracking number or proof of shipment. After several follow-up emails, I requested a refund and the company eventually refunded my money.
I did not lose money, but the order was never fulfilled and the experience was disappointing. Buyers should be aware of possible delays and consider using a credit card for protection.
UPDATE: The merchant's reply is completely dishonest. They made absolutely no attempt to contact me. I was the only one who initiated contact, sending them emails. Do not believe them.

the order was flagged as having a potential chargeback risk and required additional verification before fulfillment. After attempting to contact the customer and allowing time for verification, we ultimately decided to cancel the order and issue a full refund for security reasons. We hope the customer can understand that this decision was made to protect both parties and was not intended to cause any inconvenience
