Can't fault the service from Arkwright's, especially Sam my account manager , extremely helpful ,even called me on her day off to sort my policy out ,10/10

Tiana was very helpful in assisting us to change our insurance to another vehicle. Despite having to do everything by email she answered very quickly and was able to do this quickly and efficiently. Many thanks to her for her help.

Really happy with the service I have received so far from Arkwright insurance.
Sam Walsh has been really helpful and good in helping with getting my insurance sorted out after a lot of confusion with last insurance. Saved me a lot of stress and time would recommend.

Purchased insurance but had to cancel within the first week because of contracts falling through the virus', a young lady called SAM was very helpful with dealing with my issues and unlike other companies was very quick to respond to all my inquiries . Thanks

My handler Sam was great she did everthing in her power to help but at the end of the day it was not her fault that we could not contimue our business relationship . i would say its the big boys fault the under writers etc. perfect example of a company to work with and sam top noch

Can't thank Sam from arkwright insurance enough. I needed a policy changed and sent an email,I had a response within the hour and the customer service was exceptional. All on a weekend in lockdown. Thank you for your help.. 5 stars..

I absolutely agree. Avoid using this lot, rude staff and can’t speak to anyone. Have scrapped my van and cancelled my policy, got an Email back confirming this but they deal with this Close Brothers outfit for their finance who are now telling me I’m in arrears with my finance. COMMUNICATION !!! I’m now trying to sort it out via Email again. That’s after all the grief I had trying to set up the policy. Rude staff didn’t want to accept my proof of NCD as it wasn’t on a headed email. It had a ref number and phone number!! Please avoid

Do not go near this company, I have tried to cancel my insurence after them taking 143 out my account, you cannot speak to anyone and emails keep bouncing. Back, terrible company please do not go near them, my car has been scrapped so I dnt need the insurence and they are will still continue to take money out, you cannot speak to anyone and if you goodle the building it says it all really

Very poor customer service. I wanted auto-renewal cancelled and the advisor cancelled the entire policy and then quoted me a much higher price to renew.
I thought they were a decent company but be careful as the staff member I dealt with did not seem to care less and was very defensive. Just hope I never have a claim with them if this advisors attitude was anything to go by.

Do not use them out of date computer systems taking your information then twist to lower quote once you accept the quote decide your informion isn’t correct and then hold you to random hiking your premium up stay away
