No hot water!
I called with a heating/plumbing emergency and the response from ARK was nothing short of remarkable. They took the time to talk through the issue and then diagnose the problem with likely solutions. A call out was booked for the following morning but their suggestions had meant I was able to get the spares and fix myself. I can only give them thanks as they saved me a lot of money!

External lights issue resolved by ARK
Have used Ark several times on the past and i've always had great service from them. Kelvin andvthe team are friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. This time I needed assistance with some external lights inside Sam arrived on time and within 2hrs had managed to diagnose the problem and fix the issues. Would use again and definitely recommend.

Be careful. This company failed an EICR on a modern flat and pushed for an unnecessary consumer unit upgrade with RCDs, followed by an expensive quote for remedial works. It felt like an attempt to generate additional work rather than provide an honest assessment.

The EICR was carried out by a NAPIT-registered engineer. The property had no RCD protection on any circuit — RCDs are the primary defence against fatal electric shock for tenants, and their complete absence is a C2 observation under NAPIT Codebreakers guidance, not a matter of opinion. We provided detailed regulatory references, circuit-by-circuit breakdowns, and layman’s explanations across multiple written exchanges.
The “independent contractor” you reference did not inspect or test the installation and issued no certification.
The installation remains unsatisfactory — our sole concern is the safety of the tenant.
