Warning ! I would not use this company. I ordered a bed frame and 2 bedside tables from them on 8th April. I rang first to check that they had stock which they said was available. Heard nothing for 2 weeks and chased and was told goods come direct from the supplier Julian Bowen and it was up to them. Rang Julian Bowen who could find no trace of my order. They could not even see that they dealt with A R Furnishings. Eventually they rang A R themselves and asked them for details of their account with Julian Bowen. They could not provide these details and could not provide me with a reference for my order.
Eventually A R came back to me and said the bed frame was out of stock. I rang Julian Bowen again and they double checked and confirmed it was in stock!
This order has been placed 22 days ago for goods that were immediately available which is extremely frustrating. I have now cancelled this order and await to see if they refund me.
All the 5 star reviews of this company are very generic and unspecific. A new one tends to appear after they have received a bad one. I hope these facts speak for themselves and you avoid this company.
Just an update - this company promised me a refund in 7 - 10 days. They have not done this, so now I have to pursue through my card company. AVOID.

The bed i got is very nice and beautiful, the colour is just how I wanted it to be; it fits my room perfectly and the comfort of the mattress is honestly amazing!! It was delivered on time with no delays!

Ordered a new bed through AR furnishings, the service was impeccable and when they delivered the bed and mattress, they took the time to make sure it was built and set up correctly! The whole buying experience was great and I would highly recommend this company. Great service & very well priced!

Would like to say amazing service I have received on buying a dining table couldn't of helped me enough. Fast delivery and really happy with the product I have received, I have already placed another order for another item thank you and hope to see the team again.

I have waited over a month for my order and have received no updates, when i request an update on when i would get my delivery i would receive a vague answer. Now in the process of getting a refund! I do not recommend

My order took 6 weeks to arrive, which I understand because of global supply chain problems was expected,( just listened to the news) The table was just what I wanted lovely marble, lovely colour, and nice quality. Excellent value could not be happier.😊

Bought a left facing chaise sofa, absolute luxury quality and was a quick delivery compared to other companies I’ve endured. Kind and polite staff that always would chase up on my order for me and get me updated.
