Absoutly disgusting company I placed an order in October for a table and chairs with a 2/3 week waiting at first they got back to my emails the closer it was getting to christmas they stopped replying to my emails then they got back a couple of times and promised me the table and chairs had been picked up from their wearhouse and it would definitely be delivered be for christmas iv asked for a full refund so many times as I just could not see this turning up in time for christmas I explained I had spent my last bit of money getting this table and chairs as we had lost 5 family members this year and I wanted to take the stress out of my aunts and uncles and I really needed this table and chairs so they promised me it would be before Christmas now they are blanking my emails once again this ruined my Christmas as we had to eat christmas dinner of our laps I had spent money out on table decorations and all place mats and place name cards the whole lot please please stay away from this company I ain't writing bad reviews as it could ruined people's business but seriously the customer service is disgusting and I still have no table and chairs or I have no refunds thanks guys absoutly deverstated

I have ordered 8 dining chairs Since beginning of October and to date non have been delivered. It's worth over £1300 order!!! Their phone is out of order since last 6 months and refer you to email and no one responses. I have paid via Klarna and now raised dispute. There have been number of emails asking them now to refund, but it feels as if they have disappeared. My next step is to raise dispute with my credit company to refund for non delivery of the order. This is my order ref: 3055. Any prospective buyers, pls check before parting with your money. 98% you will not get your product or money back. I will keep posted on up dates with this company.

Absolutely rubbish , falls and fake company and her web page . Waste of time and money with all process to buy and contact with customer service. This company should close business immediately. It's a SCAM .

Ordered TV unit and side cabinet, on 3rd of May. With lead delivery 6 - 8 weeks. Everything was pushed back, than said its arrived to warehouse and than turned out it has not. That another excuse Italy is on holidays in August so no earlier than September, than in September again did not arrive and pushed back until November. And in November said oh, we won't be able to order as company where we buying from went bust, what a huge lies. Beginning of November I asked for refund, and today is 9th of December. They stopped replying for all emails and obviously refund has not been done.

I’m still waiting for the new table and chair,bench to arrive and I will send update of feedback when the items to arrive 😁…

IT'S A SCAM, IT'S A SCAM. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
Spent £1,000 in July for a delivery that is supposed to take 2/3 weeks, 5 months later, i am still waiting.
When they eventually reply to my many emails, its just another excuse, latest one it's with the courier.
Reporting them to trading standards and trying to recover my money through small claims. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I wouldn’t even give this company 1 star if I didn’t have to. Like all other reviews I’m in the same boat ordered expensive sideboard in April 2022 and have had excuse after excuse why they haven’t delivered it, but have taken my money and never refunded. Again they aren’t replying to emails and you cannot get through to them on the telephone. For all those impacted also email companies house to object to the proposed strike off so this company have to try and resolve all issues with the interested parties ie the customers that have seemingly been defrauded. Also contact action fraud to file a incident. I’m absolutely livid!

Ordered dining table and chairs from this company on 13th october and haven’t received. Now ignoring my emails and there phone line are down ? Complete scam and now I have to try work out how to claim my money back. I’m so disappointed and upset .

Do not buy from this company!! Like everybody else here, we were supposed to receive our dining table in September. Delivery was pushed back several times due to “supplier issues” and now I have stopped even getting a response. I can’t BELIEVE they are still advertising products on their website and taking money from innocent people!! Companies House suggests they are shutting down. I have had to go through the bank for a refund as they have ignored all my emails. Extremely disappointing when you wait so long for a product!!

Avoid!! Looks like I’m not the only person who has had an issue with this company. Should have received our order in August but still not received, now blaming courier and not responding to emails!!

There is no communication from them to keep you updated with your order.My last email to them they wasn't answered.I only wish I had read the reviews before I ordered and paid

I don't even want to give them 1 star! I spent £2,300 on furniture 6 weeks ago. The order lead time was 3-4 weeks. They don't respond to emails, and now I am having to raise a payment dispute with the bank.
Absolutely disgusting! I don't even believe they are operating anymore, just taking money from innocent consumers. I have reported them to Trading Standards.

I have had the same problems as previous review. DO NOT ORDER. You get promised a 3-4 delivery then after 3 months offered a refund. I still have not received my refund. 7-14 days it’s now a month. Then they expect you to go to your bank fill out forms etc. maybe I should charge for admin fees. Awful company if they are actually a company!! I am now having to get solicitors involved.

Order made on 8th of JUNE 2022. Kept getting apologetic emails due to stock not arriving on time. We were very understanding.
However by 6th of SEPTEMBER We Requested a refund. The company agreed stated 7-14 days. We are in NOVEMBER NO REFUND has been received.

Awful experience.

Absolute terrible company ordered table and chairs in April 2022 was told 6 week delivery six week came nothing we are now in November after numerous emails and ringing them for refund still nothing

Ordered 4 chairs in April 2022, excuse after excuse why they didn't arrive, told its a customs problem then a manufacturing problem, port problem, cancelled the order in October 22 yes October 22, asked for refund and was told to go to my bank for charge back, eventually got my refund November, Never use this company they are a shambles, not honest people.

I have still not received my delivery which I ordered 14th October and I have emailed the company to which I am yet to receive a response. Very disappointing service

absolutely dreadful AVOID!! no phone lines, ordered 4 chairs which were in stock, not a peep out of them, i have been lied to saying they have been dispatched, after this they wont email me back wont answer my phone calls or facebook messages. PAY WITH PEANUTS AND YOU GET MONKEYS

Since order till request refund almost 7 months, my refund still on hold , they are keep said let me ask the bank Could you ask your bank to open a chargeback on this payment please, and we will accept it on our end. This will help the payment come back faster. you know I already asked my bank to check all the transaction, but neither haven't a refund from AR Furnishings, this is fake retail Don't purchase any items from this retailer. 😤😡😡
