Great value and good delivery

Great value and good delivery. I ordered new bose QC ultra headphones from Arezona because the price was the same as a refurbished pair from the bose website. They arrived two days later, which is faster than bose were offering, well packed and in perfect condition! Very happy

I ordered a PlayStation 5 disc edition…

I ordered a PlayStation 5 disc edition from this site and it’s showing it was delivered by Royal Mail but there was no signature and it was just left on the doorstep and by the time I came home it had been stolen. I spoke to the company and they just said well it’s not our problem and there’s nothing we can do hardly any apology and more of just a shrug about the situation. I really didn’t want to believe the bad reviews on this company but honestly do not order from these people if anything goes wrong with delivery which seems to be a lot of problems with will not help you truly stay away They will just scam you out of money.

According to Royal Mail's tracking records, your order was delivered on June 22, 2024, with a verified signature. We also have photographic proof of delivery provided by Royal Mail, which confirms that the package was securely handed over (details of which have been shared in our communication with you).

We are aware that you filed a dispute with Klarna regarding this delivery, and we provided the necessary evidence to support our case. Klarna reviewed the delivery proof and ruled in our favor, confirming that the delivery was completed as per the courier's protocols.

While we understand your frustration, we rely on the courier's confirmation and proof of delivery to ensure the safe receipt of packages. In this case, Royal Mail has confirmed that the delivery was successfully completed as per their protocols.

Don’t order from them! Will not receive anything and get lied to

Order an iPhone on the 1st of June. Didn’t receive any emails about the order being dispatched. Discount code advertised on website comes up as invalid as well. Call them up on Tuesday to say I have received shipping information and website states ‘free next day delivery’. They provide a ‘tracking number’ and say item has been ‘dispatched’. No change in tracking. I call again on Wednesday, saying I want a refund as I see other reviews about same issue, guy begs me to wait un till Thursday and I will receive the phone due to stock issue and they are a new company. I say if not I’ll be requesting a refund Thursday morning if no movement in the tracking. Check the tracking Thursday morning again no change. I will be requesting a refund. Do not order from these guys! Waste of time.

Where is my parcel please arezona.co.uk?

I read the reviews and most were positive apart from the previous two. I took a chance and made a reasonably expensive emergency purchase and came to this website as it highlights and promotes next day delivery (giving or taking perhaps a day). It is now 3 days overdue and I still don’t have my parcel. My courier has not even received it - yet Arezona.co.uk dispatched 3 days ago, according to the team I spoke to.

Communication the first day from purchase was prompt. However, ever since I’ve been trying to chase up about my item - there has been between a 12+ hour later response to zero response at all via chat - on both the tracking app and website!

I’m so frustrated, and simply confused. I’m receiving no help right now, and again, it’s been 3 days since ETA. I would just like to know where my item is? I paid alot, and I really can’t help but feel frauded.

Absolute messers and rude

Absolute messers and rude, item never received infact was sent! Even though they provided me with a tracking number, once I contacted them they said “ item was not in stock but they have it now” so would be sent that day, was never sent. Refunded.

Would not recommend had a call from a man was very rude they sent out an email saying my item had been dispatched when it had not been called up as did not receive item the next day and said that they didn’t even have the phone in stock do not recommend

Great value and free delivery.
Ordered on Sunday night and arrived first thing Tuesday
Packaged well and arrived in perfect condition. Very happy with my purchase and would thoroughly recommend this company.

Incredible value

Wow, I must admit I was highly skeptical how a company could be legitimate when prices are an absolute steal. How wrong was I, this is a truly fantastic place to buy phones from. Genuine new products for half the price. Only thing that would make them better is to receive automatic dispatch email containing tracking id. Cannot fault these people whatsoever and will certainly use them again in the future. As for any negative reviews you might see, please don't allow them to put you off buying from this company. You'll always find people who love to complain over non existent issues.

Good price

Item arrived as described and well packaged. Good prices let down by late delivery which took 7 days from placing order which may have been due to a stock issue. No communication to explain delays.
